I’ve had a mixed experience with Ideal Image. The laser treatments themselves have given me great results, and I’m happy with the effectiveness overall. That said, I did run into some frustrations. When canceling an appointment, I asked the front desk if I would be charged the $50 fee and was told no, but I was still charged. I don’t mind paying fees when I don’t give enough notice, but being reassured otherwise and then billed felt dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, the treatment on my upper legs was extremely painful and caused breakouts and scarring I’ve never had before, which meant extra dermatologist visits. When I called to see about canceling that area and applying credits elsewhere, customer service over the phone was not very helpful and gave me the impression that nothing could be done. Thankfully, Abby, a practitioner at Ideal Image, and the clinic manager completely turned my experience around. They took the time to listen, showed real care, and worked to make things right. Their customer service was excellent, and because of them I feel confident continuing as a client. Huge thank you to Abby and the clinic manager for their kindness and professionalism!

I have been coming to this Ideal Image location over the last 5-6 months or so for a large-area hair removal treatment, and I've had such a wonderful experience! The treatment has been effective and everyone on staff is super friendly and wants you to feel comfortable. The only thing I will say is that, twice now, they have asked me to push my appointment time back the day before my treatment with no initial explanation which is a little weird. Just be aware that it may happen. They'll work with you a little, but just plan for it.

The staff at the Charlotte office is over the top incredible. I can't say enough about the entire experience from the receptionist to the nurse who respectively addressed my concerns and gave me exactly the result needed. Having had Botox treatments for over 20 years consistently in Michigan, my experience here was one of the best. I plan to return again and I trust them to do additional treatments as well. So happy I found this office.

This company is a scam! I purchased a laser package and completed all my treatments without any issues. I’ve been doing maintenance sessions about three times a year — the last one was in April 2025, when I paid $150 for an underarm retouch and a full Brazilian retouch. I called today to schedule another appointment, and they told me the new price for the same touch-ups is $250. That’s a 100% increase! When I called corporate, they excused it by saying it’s to “keep up with machine maintenance.” I have also purchased Botox packages from them, but it’s clear they do not care about keeping loyal customers — they are money hungry and only focused on profits. Needless to say, I do not recommend this place at all. I was even considering buying a package to laser my legs, but they won’t see another penny from me!
