What a difference a year makes! I dropped 65 lbs in 1 year. Their weight loss program works! The pictures are almost a year to the day to show the results. The only draw back to the weight loss was having to buy all new clothes.

I normally don’t write reviews good or bad but this is the second review I have ever written but it was needed to be known to others of my experience today. After taking a day off work for a scheduled appointment and driving nearly an hour and a half to get to the place they said they were short a person because they called out of work today and could not see me today, they didn’t even have the courtesy to give me a call to say they were short staff and that they needed to reschedule. Yet they will be quick at charging you if you do not cancel in advance - sad to see that they have no care for your scheduled confirmed appointment and did not even try to get me in after I even said I’ll wait as long as needed since I was already there. Very disappointing….one more thing to add, they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience - poor service today. Normally I have never had a problem with them but today they just seemed to NOT CARE AT ALL.

She was very knowledgeable and did not push any additional services on me.Understanding that less is more to get started again with my Botox. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant from my initial call and conversation with Arianna to get scheduled. The staff has always been so pleasant at every appointment. The provider takes time to listen to any questions and concerns. I hadn’t been back in awhile due to having a baby but at my last appointment they had made some nice updates to their lobby.

When I first started coming a few years back, it was Amazing... The staff was Great. Now in 2024, the staff is unprofessional, rude, appears to be immature, ( does not answer direct questions), excessive amount of giggling, you are overcharge for services, and the office is unclean. As I was sitting awaiting my appointment, something crawled on my foot. I'm so highly disappointed and very unsatisfied. If I could have given a ZERO, I would have. I will definitely be searching elsewhere.....

Office never answers the phone, ivbeen trying to make a appointment after having to miss one( tried to call and cancel but surprise surprise, they never answered) for about two months now! The service was great but their customer service is terrible! Update: after FINALLY getting ahold of someone they told me i owed $50 for a no show appointment. Even though i had been calling for over a week to cancel/ reschedule the appointment! Do yourself a favor and choose a different establishment. I refuse to pay a fee simply because they cant answer their phones. Update: responding to their comment on my review. I tried called two weeks before my appointment time to change it and NO ONE answered the phone. For two weeks!
