I’ve had a great experience at Ideal Image in Greensboro. I gave 4 stars only because when I originally started going in for my laser hair removal in 2010…I was told after the last treatment I paid for, if I ever needed touch ups I’d only ever have to pay $40 for the rest of my life. Well this past August I was told that the pricing was going up and it doubled which was a let down for me and I feel like my paperwork from 2010 should have held up on the lifetime $40 guarantee. The staff is wonderful though.

I am writing to express my concern regarding your no-cancellation policy for credit applied towards services. I had arranged for lip filler and secured credit through Ideal Image for the payment. However, I ultimately decided not to proceed with the lip injections. Despite this, I was informed that I am still obligated to pay for a service I never received due to your no-cancellation policy once credit is applied and signed for. While I understand that the credit can be applied to a different procedure, this was not something I had planned or intended to do. I believe it is crucial for Ideal Image to clearly communicate this no-cancellation policy to customers before they apply and sign for credit. This would ensure that customers are fully aware of their obligations and can make informed decisions.
