A couple of days ago I scheduled an appointment for Botox. The woman who helped schedule my appointment was very sweet and accommodating! I explained that I had to drop my son at preschool and would come right away. She squeezed me in. I called on my way just to remind them I would be a couple of minutes late and they confirmed that she put it in a note. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and was very professional. My injector, Brittany, was super helpful and explained the different locations for injecting and recommended units. I asked her about a lip flip, as I had never had that, and she offered to do it same day. She was very trustworthy and offered to start low until the desired look! She mentioned taking Tylenol of I experience discomfort or a headache and educated me on what not to do! Very thorough from beginning to end! Thanks, ladies!! I have 3 little kids, while it can be a little pricey, this is just for me! Customer service matters 💖

While not completely painless Mary was super gentle and moved quickly to get the process complete which I appreciate. I'm 24 hours out and have swelling but no bruising. Very excited to see results and visit Mary for future treatments!

Finance/pay practices are scammy. Make sure you confirm the time frame (2 years vs 16 months) to use your package or you’ll be out 2k+. Make sure to understand all the timing and what you’re paying for. They’ll tell you it’s “locked in” and there is nothing they can do for you. I’d recommend a smaller local place vs this one because at least they’ll work with you.

I had my very first cosmetic procedure done today by Morgan. She was so awesome! She fully explained the whole procedure before we started. I had the Ultherapy treatment. The pain level was minimal. The whole staff was really chill and welcoming. I highly recommend the Huntersville location. I'm going back for more procedures. They also offer financing. Its also in a very nice plaza with places to eat or get a smoothie before your appointment 💅🫦😷
