Nice staff, I had Sonu (sorry if I spelt that wrong) doing my appointment and she did a great job training a newer tech. I usually have a pretty hard time with these appointments but she was super understanding, let me take breaks when needed and increased the fan when asked, it went by super quick too which I loved. Even though I was embarrassed from the pain I was in she made me feel at ease and everything went smoothly. I appreciated it!

Place has phenomenal reviews so I was very excited to book a consult. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very friendly. I get to my appointment and was completely ignored by the manager Nicole that was working the front desk. Evidently they were short staffed and she was on the phone - but eye contact and a quick smile goes a long way in making a person feel welcome. I got nothing. And she kept walking away to talk in another room. When she finally was able to mime to a nurse to help out front she didn’t tell her I had been waiting so the poor nurse goes to check in the woman that came after me and proceeded to walk away. I had to call her back and let her know I hadn’t been helped either which made her feel bad and the other client starts apologizing to me feeling like she jumped in front of me. What a mess for no reason. I just left. I was just left feeling sour. They charge way too much for that to be my first impression. She did call to apologize and explain she was on the phone but hold and mute buttons were invented for a reason. I could hear what they were talking about and there was no reason the conversation couldn’t have been paused for 2 seconds. 2 stars because everyone else I dealt with were top notch.

Great customer service from check-in to check-out. Everyone is so friendly and talk to you like they have known you forever! I have seen two nurses Jessica and Sonu for my laser treatments at the Milan Laser in Matthews. They are both wonderful! They have both been great with helping me through the procedure with cool air, counter pressure and a stress ball or two. I’m definitely grateful for them helping me through the process so that I can be hair-less!
