I absolutely enjoyed my facial with Karen! She used amazing products that were perfect for my dry skin, and the whole experience was so relaxing. I really appreciated how she explained the different products and how they work with the skin—it made the facial feel extra thoughtful and personalized. Karen is knowledgeable, gentle, and really knows her stuff. Everyone is super nice. I can’t wait to go back!

The staff at Lake Norman Med Spa is the best. Ann always makes you feel so welcome and is very knowledgeable of their products and procedures. Karen, the esthetician I use, is wonderful. She listens attentively to your concerns and guides honestly on next steps and/or maintenance. She's very gentle. I feel like a million bucks when she finishes my treatment. I highly recommend them! Sadly, the laser hair removal did not work for me at all. I was so upset that I didn't stop treatments earlier but I was encouraged by staff to continue spending money and getting treatments after voicing concern and they told me that I just needed more. Thousands of dollars later I have nothing to show for it. I was so excited to finally do something nice for myself and lost so much money. They say they can't guarantee full hair loss results but they never explained to me that it was possible to get zero results overall after being told my hair type was consistent with what would typically work and that I was the chance 1% of people that there is no explanation for why it wouldn't work. When trying to speak to staff about partial compensation I was originally told in person that they would be more than willing to work with me for some kind of compensation because they were also disappointed by my results, but then on follow-up over the phone they said they would not offer any kind of compensation and the head manager would not speak to me. They told me I could come in and pay for more treatments and that maybe I just needed more after 8+ treatments. The staff was originally so kind and I am so disheartened by how this was handled and the lack of care for my specific situation that they kept saying was an anomaly. If you are going to get laser hair here just be prepared to pay the thousands of dollars and you may not get any results. I wish they could have settled this on a positive note.
