I had been suffering for years with many symptoms that I chalked up to menopause. Hot flashes, poor sleep, lack of energy, irritability, and general depression. I wasn’t sure what to do and did some research but wasn’t sure if hormone replacement was for me. I had a partial hysterectomy years ago and knew that made it harder to know if this was truly what I was going through. I talked to my general physician but wasn’t given much guidance other than to try an anti depressant (which I really didn’t want to do as it would only fix part of the problems I was having). After doing my own research, I looked into Biote at Skin Rehab. I really thought about it before finally realizing I had nothing to lose at this point because I just didn’t feel like myself. To say that it has changed my life is an understatement. I feel like myself again. I found out I was post menopausal but needed some hormone replacement to help the issues I was having. It was almost instant how good I felt. I have had zero side effects and wish I would have done this sooner. I sleep better, I have energy again, I am happy!
