Iris is the best! I have had laser hair removal before and I was definitely skeptical. That coupled with the price was difficult to swallow but this has been ABSOLUTELY 100% worth every penny. I am on my 4th treatment and the results I have seen are incredible. I have sent several friends already. They do ONE THING unlike other med spas with a multi functional laser. They have built their business by offering one service and they do it extraordinarily well!

This is such a sketchy business practice. This is not a medispa experience this is more like a timeshare pitch. The person that greets you wears a white lab coat so that you think they are a medical professional. They ask you dozens of intrusive questions before they let you know that they are actually the sales person selling you a package gathering information. THEY REQUIRE A LINE OF CREDIT TO GET A SERVICE THERE and you are discouraged from paying cash (and even if you insist on cash they run your credit BEFORE giving you a price). Yes, they run your credit. There were no other customers or staff when I went in and they locked the door upon my arrival. (?!?) Not to mention the pricing. Astronomical. 3-5x more than what you would pay at a normal medispa and you don’t have to give your personal medical info to a “manager” who is no way a medical professional. High pressure sales . Gave huge scam vibes. *Also they are farming “5 star reviews” for what I assume is a discount? The ratings are inflated, don’t be fooled!

After the supposed “discount,” my quote was still $4,540. That means the original price for this tiny area would’ve been $9,580 — which is absolutely outrageous. Even for true laser hair removal (not IPL), the going rate for small areas like the chin or lip is typically a few hundred per session, or under $1,500 total for a full series at reputable clinics. This pricing feels extremely misleading, and the “half-off” promotion seems more like a marketing gimmick than a genuine deal. Whether it’s IPL or true laser, no small-area treatment should ever total nearly $10,000 before discounts. Be cautious and do your research — compare prices before committing. What’s presented as a major discount here is, in reality, an inflated number that doesn’t align with normal market rates.
