Update: Wanted to provide an update! It has been about a year of me going to see Penny and I would recommended this to anyone. Penny has been wonderful, over this year we started my journey going every 3 weeks, I started with just my upper lip about 2 months in I was so impressed that I ended up getting laser for my underarms, legs, and bekini. I have had such amazing progress that my legs I haven't had to shave, my underarms are almost there! (My upper lip has 1 rouge hair that we are working on haha) The price is very reasonable but the real value you are getting is from penny she is honest and clear about what to expect and in addition she will tell you if something will work or won't she does this for her business but you feel as though is not because she is honest about what to expect and also if it will truly help you. Any worries just meet Penny she will change you life like she has for me! I would 100% Recommend this to anyone. My experience thus far has been amazing I started off just getting one small area of hair removed and now am doing a lot more. I have had a great turn out so far and Penny has been amazing. She's very helpful with educating myself and she is very fair as a person for prices and quality of time spent.

Going to see Penny is a breath of fresh air. Her space is beautiful and spotless and she does a wonderful job of listening to what I want done. She has gotten rid of unwanted facial hair for me which has helped me to be more confident. Overall she is a kind, fun person who I look forward to seeing each visit. I have been seeing Penny for a while now (at a different location), and she has made the whole experience of hair removal...do-able! She is incredibly knowledgeable about electrology, skin, IPL, and life in general!
