The entire staff is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their clients. They always make me feel comfortable, and the service is consistently amazing. I pay a membership for laser hair removal.. the price is very fair and after a year membership it gets cut in half. Ive had about 5-6 treatments and i am seeing results that i am happy with! Although i think the nurse can be more accurate with coverage when doing the laser ( she missed spots sometimes). Lip filler could be 150$ cheaper especially since they just recently increase the price by 100$ but i will say im so pleased with my lip filler .. i love it! These treatments have been more rewarding for me than youd imagine. The office staff and associates are excellent, very professional and welcoming!!!! Definitely recommend treatment there if you are interested in laser hair removal and or lip fillers.

I’m a spa owner myself, so I pay close attention to service, professionalism, and results—and this place consistently delivers. I’ve been coming here for over a year and always see Charlotte, who I trust 100% with her recommendations. Today I got cheek filler, chin filler, and Botox, and I already look amazing. Charlotte always does incredible work and truly understands facial balance and natural results. Sarah has been assisting during most of my appointments over the past year, and she’s consistently sweet, professional, and makes every visit feel comfortable. Today, Ayah assisted as well, and she was just as amazing—warm, attentive, and clearly knows what she’s doing. Both of them really stood out and made the experience exceptional. Incompetent medical staff. Medical director and the nurse practitioner are both unable to answer any medical questions related to risks of the procedures that they provide. This is clearly just a chain company that allows untrained staff to perform procedures without any ability to provide competent medical decision making. They also don’t even have licensed staff directly providing medical information to the clients. I should have known from the 4 pages of legal consents that they need to protect the incompetent staff from malpractice Do not provide your credit card number.

I typically don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so that others don’t waste thousands of dollars and countless hours. While the staff at Couture Med Spa is very friendly, and the technician performing my laser procedure was excellent, I ultimately feel misled and disappointed by the company’s lack of transparency and accountability. Before signing up for laser hair removal, I consulted with multiple spas, many of which were upfront in stating that laser treatments were unlikely to be effective on blonde hair. However, two different associates at Couture Med Spa assured me that their new laser technology worked on blonde hair, giving me guarantees that I would see results. When I asked what would happen if the treatments were ineffective, I was told not to worry—that "we would work something out." I even requested that this be noted in my file. After just a few sessions, I raised concerns that there was no progress, yet I was advised to continue because results supposedly required 12 months. After completing all 12 sessions, I can definitively say that there has been zero change—my results are exactly the same as before I started treatment. Despite this, Couture Med Spa refuses to acknowledge any issue or offer a partial refund, even though their team provided false assurances from the beginning. It is misleading to guarantee a service will work when it does not, and it is extremely disappointing that the company will not take responsibility. I would not recommend Couture Med Spa for laser hair removal. A business should be honest and transparent, and when mistakes are made, they should make them right. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
