I had an incredible experience at Dermatology Associates of Southern New Hampshire. From start to finish, every part of my visit exceeded expectations. The front desk staff were kind, welcoming, and efficient—making the whole check-in process feel smooth and stress-free. Dr. Frank is simply amazing. He’s thorough, professional, and has a calm, reassuring presence that immediately puts you at ease. You can tell he’s extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and he takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. The medical assistants (MAs) are absolute rock stars! They were attentive, friendly, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit. It’s clear that everyone in this office works as a team to provide the best patient care possible. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable, informed, and taken care of. If you're looking for a dermatology practice that combines expert care with compassion and professionalism, this is it. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough!

When we moved to Nashua, NH from Western Massachusetts in 2004, we first selected a Primary Care Physician and the second physician I was in need to find, because of my history of skin cancer, was a dermatologist experienced in Mohs surgery. Right away, I was fortunate to find Dr Frank from Dermatology Associates of Southern New Hampshire. Dr Frank is an excellent Mohs surgeon, and I have been with his practice ever since. I see Rebecca, who is his PA, on a regular basis. She is excellent at diagnosing and treating all of my skin issues and my extremely rare forms of alopecia. Sharon and France are very skilled and wonderful nurses. The entire medical staff always takes time to answer any of my questions at each appointment.

I was on a waitlist to be seen and Linda was able accommodate getting me in promptly. Five stars is not nearly enough for this dermatology practice. I have been a patient of Dr. Frank's for about 30 years for psoriasis and about a zillion Mohs' surgery for squamous cell skin cancer. Rebecca is my practitioner, and nurses Sharon and France feel like good friends. My skin is in need of constant care--sigh, but I receive impeccable care from Dr. Frank and Rebecca and the entire staff. I am grateful for this practice.

someone i know called this office because this is a tricare preferred office. Tried making an appt for someone who had tricare and they stated they will not see this person since they have a problem with billing and tricare / they don't get paid. They said if this person wanted to call tricare and tell them they weren't getting paid they could. THAT IS NOT THE PATIENTS PROBLEM! THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM. Now the patient has to travel over 30 minutes away to another provider who takes tricare because they are too lazy to fix their issues with an insurance company. The only reason i gave one star because you can't leave 0.
