This was my first laser hair removal experience and I am so glad I went to Milan. I was greeted by Den who immediately put me at ease and was incredibly informative. She took her time to explain everything so thoroughly and clearly making the sign on process so easy. The nurse Tara was also amazing. She was friendly, quick, and constantly check my comfort level. I've now been to Milan laser hair removal 4 times, each time with Tara as the nurse performing the laser treatment. I can't say enough good things about Tara and my experience so far at Milan. Her professionalism, attention to detail, kindness, acceptance, inclusion and just general outgoing and wonderful personality make for an incredibly relaxing experience. I always leave there feeling like I've had first class service, and I am super happy with the results of my treatment thus far. Five stars all around for every aspect of things experienced, from the super clean office, to the privacy, clean and neat restrooms, location near to me, all the way to the actual laser treatment. Truly nothing that I can identify as any kind of a negative. And the best part - unlimited treatments for life with their packages. That's a pretty sweet deal.

I had a great experience at Milan in Nashua, NH. Jackie walked me through all of my options after Jillian helped me get settled and checked in. They were even able to take me for my first appointment the same day! Tara did my treatment. We talked the whole time, which made the treatment fly by. She checked in with me frequently to make sure everything was comfortable. She was very cognizant about asking what I wanted so it would turn out right.
