Very misleading. Went for laser hair removal. The website does not indicate nor did the receptionists who booked my appointment indicate that the system they have is NOT permanent hair removal but instead is semi permanent hair reduction that requires regular maintenance. Also the system does not treat gray hair. A consumer should know this before booking an appointment and spending the time to drive there. Very disappointing
