I booked the Ultimate Day Package with a massage, facial, and pedicure as a special occasion to treat myself. The services themselves were great - the massage and pedicure were especially well done. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined at the front desk. I left a 20% cash tip per service and asked to split it between the providers. The front desk staff told me they were going to take the entire $100 and split it evenly among the providers, which was not what I agreed to. When I asked for change so I could tip each provider individually, the two front desk employees made faces and behaved in a judgmental, unprofessional way that made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. I left upset and confused, and what should have been a relaxing spa day ended on a very negative note. Tipping should never feel pressured or shaming, especially after spending a significant amount on a spa package. Because of this unprofessional behavior, I will not be returning, despite enjoying the services themselves.

My fiance and I just had a couples message at Serendipity and it was our first time getting massages. It was fantastic! Both ladies were professional and sweet and made for an excellent first experience! The tables were heated and comfortable and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or exposed. I work next door and have always been interested in going and our anniversary is on Halloween so it couldn't have been a more perfect time. We both feel relaxed and very happy! 10/10 would go again and highly recommend others go as well. The spa is nice and quaint and all staff are friendly. Thank you ladies!

Float massage was not enjoyable, had a 90 minute session and got out and left after 45 minutes. I think I could’ve got more enjoyment out of just a hot bath with some epsom salts at home. Really wish I had just booked a regular massage as I have been there before and the normal massages are great.

Love the booking online option ! So helpful with my crazy schedule and never being able to call! There are so many awesome services. Today, I got a facial & a pedi. My sister-in-law got a mani and pedi. Everyone was amazing and friendly . We even had someone who was supposed to come with us get sick and couldn't make it, and they were so wonderful about her last-minute cancel. We will definitely be back!

I saw Chris yesterday and received a massage treatment that was so healing with deep tissue massage, no pain. I got up off from the table relaxed to the max,yet feeling strong.
