My favorite Urgent Care center. They are prompt, professional and courteous. No long wait. Fast admission. No tedious paper work. I have been here for at least 3 times now, and have been seen by 3 different physicians. They were all caring, professional and knowledgeable. They send you home with a discharge sheet explaining what you need to do and give you good advice for home remedies, upon request. The nurse taking blood pressure and temperature is very nice and professional too. Receptionist very kind and pleasant. Always a pleasure visiting you guys. Keep up the good work! Thank you ...

Horrible phone customer service. Borderline unprofessional. First time I called to schedule our first appointment, the lady that answered was very cold, almost annoyed that new customers are coming to their practice. I ignored that and went ahead with our appointment. The wait during our first appointment was about 45 minutes. Too long compared to our previous doctor. We saw a practicing nurse, Jessica, who was excellent. But two weeks after our tests we still had not received any results. I called today to ask about our results to experience a very disappointing encounter with the lady that answered me. I told her I was frustrated by my experience. Her response was “life is too short to be frustrated”. I was speechless! That’s as childish a response as any. To have someone acting as customer support show little regards for how the customer is feeling is shocking. I reported my experience and hope they do something with it. I wanted to share this experience here for others to learn from and contribute to because I saw similar experiences from others on here. That tells me this location is not taking action to address their problems. It’s time to find a better practice. It’s unfortunate that they have good people like Jessica, yet they allow poor phone service to drive away business. #Disappointing

Wonderful care!!! They are kind and so helpful. Each staff member treated us with such kindness. The doctor Dr. Saima Butt was fantastic. She took her time going over what happened and each issue I was having. She was extremely thorough, and went over every detail. The office even followed up the next day to see how I felt and if I needed anything! Then the Doctor called three days after the visit to see how the specialist appointment she referred us to went. I was happy to hear that they are now taking on family practice patients! I am new to the area and will using Dr. Saima Butt for my families care. I highly recommend this practice for both an emergency or if you need a new physician. Fantastic experience.

I won’t be going back and neither will my family. The doctors and nurses were fine but I have spent countless hours on the phone with their “customer service” trying to get a refund check when both my insurance and I paid the same bill. It took my insurance company to call (with me on the line) to get them to even admit they had received double payment. Now 4 months later and I still don’t have my $150 back. Hope it’s worth it to lose my business. And maybe whoever else sees my review here.

I went there for the first time to get a flu shot. The paperwork was not too bad and they brought me in rather promptly. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. The nurse who administered the shot was very good as it did not hurt much. I would definitely return.

This place is TERRIBLE! I would not recommend it to anyone. We had bad experience more than once. I will describe in this review our most recent visit (and is the last one!). Our son injured his arm at a meet and coach suspected he had fracture. We took him to this office right away to be checked. The front-desk staff said our insurance was invalid- even though it was the same insurance we used for another child in the same office a couples of months ago (That was an unpleasant experience - the doctor was inexperienced, we had to see our pediatrician to confirm diagnosis and also found out that the antibotics this urgent care office prescribed was not at the sufficient dose). It was early night then and the insurance's office was closed, so we couldn’t get hold of them to speak to this office. This office made us to pay upfront not only the copay but also the full amount they charged for office visit (much more than what the insurance would pay them), X-ray and others, because they refused to see my son until we do it. It took 1.5 hours since our arrival until my son was finally seen. Then they told us they couldn’t diagnose whether there was a fracture and suggested us to see a specialist… Getting refund for the full charge we should not have paid is another pain. My insurance told me they claimed our visit as a wrong category so it fell in deductible and insurance would not cover it. So I called them right after our visit to correct it, but they told me they will not send me refund until they receive payment from my insurance. Even that, I had to follow up and keep reminding them. It took me several phone calls to this office (with waiting to be transferred to the right person) throughout >2-month period to finally receive the refund.

Except for being sick, this was a pleasant experience. Comfortable waiting area, efficient staff, professional but courteous doctor. A streamlined version of any doctor's appointment. It was great to have the prescription sent right over to the pharmacy in the mall--I could pick it up right away. Only surprise was not being able to pay copay by check. Will definitely return.

I went to the Basking Ridge facility on January 7th with a nasty sinus infection. After I registered I was taken back immediately to get my vitals and health history taken and literally 5 minutes later was seen by a PA. Both the technician and the PA listened to me attentively and asked appropriate questions. The PA did an excellent job of examining me and providing solutions to my health issue. In addition, she called in my prescription to the local drug store so I was able to get it very quickly. The whole acperience was unbelievably outstanding!!! The facility was very clean and the staff, receptionist, technician and PA were very attentive and professional. I would highly recommend this facility as one of the best urgent care facilities I have been too. Great service and really nice people!!!!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The team at the basking ride site is always polite and carting. I have always had a good experience. I do have one complaint, the waiting room is cold, drafty and not very inviting. No coffee or tea, no water, absolutely no amenities at all. It would be nice if it was warmer and more comfortable Thank you0 j

I was very disappointed with my experience at this with health care facility. I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and prescribed an antibiotic, which I finished the entire prescription on and it was still not cleared up. I returned for a follow up. The doctor I got the second time said the first doctor had not prescribed an antibiotic that was strong enough for the infection and changed my prescription. I then received two separate bills for 300.00 per visit. Yes, they do charge per visit. Follow ups are not free. I think 300.00 per visit is exceptionally high, especially considering they charge for follow ups.
