Today was my first day as a new patient at Enlyv Clinics. The staff were friendly. The doctor’s assistant was very thorough with gathering my information and took her time to establish the rapport. Dr. Bansal gave me all the time I needed to explain myself and he was very thorough to find out why I saw him and explained to me what needs to be done to solve my problem. very shady practice. something is wrong here with all the positive reviews. i had nothing but issuss from the day i booked the appointment with the highly unorganized staff. the day i arrived dr. was terrible, very disappointing. wasted my time & money, i was newly diagnosed with hashimoto's looking for further advice on how to manage it & prevent it from progressing. the appointment was probably 10 minutes, dr informed me i have hashimoto's which i already knew, i asked if diet can help manage it & he said no, there's nothing you can do, huge red flag! ok, why am i here? most absurd answer i've ever received from a dr & then he proceeded to tell me my hair is grey because of hashimoto's.. what??!! his instructions where to recheck with him, i can't remember the time frame because i knew right there i was NOT returning to see this dr. worst experience i ever had with a dr/practice.

Dr. Bansal might be a great physician. However, his paperwork skills and office staff are terrible. He ordered very thorough testing but I couldn't get any of it done. First, an ultrasound RX was missing a code. I called the office, was told "the doctor will email it" (and then hung up on, no "goodbye" "sorry for that" "do you need anything else?" just hung up). I called again two days later and was told the same thing. Waited 24 hours and sent a message in the Patient Portal. It's now 3 days later and no response. This morning I waited 45 minutes for bloodwork and to pick up a salivary test at LabCorp. That work was also missing documentation and because everything was listed on one order, they could do none of it. Will not be returning. There's no point in seeing a potentially great doctor if you can't get any of the prescriptions/tests filled.

Dr Bansal immediately addressed all of my questions and concerns, he made cell phone calls right there and then to radiology facility to question their contradictions on test results; also made call to gastro dr to get to me for 2nd opinion appointment- gastro dr called me within 45 minutes! Dr Bansal also submitted lab test orders directly to labcorp. Very impressed ! And the Office staff very friendly !

I have know Dr Bansal for several years. He was highly recommended to me and my sister by our Cardiologist, Dr Meherwan Joshi. I used to take my sister to Dr Bansal at his Hunterdon office. During that time my sister was suffering from uncontrolled diabetes. Unfortunately, my sister passed away from Covid 19 on April 2020. Currently, I needed to see him to address my own physical condition. Dr. Bansal had opened two other facilities- one in Bridgewater and one in Edison. This helped a lot in having me and my other sister take advantage in seeing Dr. Bansal. Dr. Bansal is a very good doctor. When I visited his office, Dr Bansal was very attentive and did not rush me in addressing my concerns on my physical conditions. He sent me for blood and Urine tests, and for abdominal ultrasound. I am confident that with these tests, Dr Bansal can address my physical conditions.
