From least to most important to me as a Patient - 3. The support staff has always been very nice. 2. My wait time use to average an hour (I understand, it could have been the time of day, emergencies, etc.), but I have found in the last few years, the wait has significantly decreased and gotten so much better. 1. Mostly! - Dr. Doctoroff. He genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. He took the time to listen and follow through trying to find out a diagnosis for something my primary doctor has just been dismissive over but is very serious to me. I just love him and wouldn't want anybody else. I only wish he was a Doctor of EVERYTHING so I would never have to see anyone else.

Office staff pleasant. Wait time minimal. Nurse's assistant friendly. Shelby was clear and confident in the diagnosis and treatment all while being positive and upbeat. Overall experience A+. Thank you. I left making an appointment for my son to be seen for a wart that has been troubling him.

Shelby Parrish is very kind and so far so good. I feel very comfortable with her and that makes a difference when there are sensitive issues. With my skin cancer history and going from a doctor that I thought was the best of the best who sadly died in a plane accident I think I found a very solid caregiver.

1 ★☆☆☆☆
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with this dermatologist (Dr. Danielle Mondollo). I chose her because she had great reviews and a reputation for being a thoughtful and caring doctor, but my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I sat down she seemed passive aggressive, uninterested, very blasé about my concerns, and honestly came across as racist as well. I have never felt that way with a doctor before, which made the appointment even more uncomfortable. I came in ready to discuss everything I have been through with my skin, including months of flare ups, different prescriptions, and the emotional toll it has taken, but I felt like she barely listened. She did not recommend any products or treatments on her own, and I had to ask her what she would even suggest. I still left the appointment feeling as though there was no clear plan for my treatment, no reassurance, and no compassion. Even at dermatology appointments I have had in the past, the doctors would at least give me a clear list of what I should and should not be using, especially if I was starting a prescription. They would include recommendations for cleansers, moisturizers, and routines to follow. Here I was given basically nothing until I asked what I should be using, and even then I left with more questions than answers because she could not give me a clear explanation. It felt like she was telling me to get over it and just figure out my acne on my own. As someone who has spent time and money trying to get my skin under control I expected a doctor to validate my concerns and make me feel supported. Instead I left feeling unheard, brushed off, disrespected, and more confused than when I arrived. Honestly I felt like I could have gotten more thoughtful and detailed advice from an online search. I rarely leave reviews but this experience made me feel completely misheard and not cared for. Patients should feel respected and understood, regardless of race or background, especially when dealing with something as personal and emotional as skin concerns. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and works on providing better care and communication for all patients.
