Terrible experience here. Waste of money and time. First off, the office is dingy. Not welcoming or warm. Which matches the personality of the front desk person perfectly. She was NASTY! Super rude and snarky. She screamed my name while I was taking 1 minute to grab my card to pay the co-pay. I have never been screamed at by an employee at a medical facility. Unacceptable. The exam room was dirty, used bottles and other items left over from someone else’s exam including the fact that the paper had not been changed. I refused to sit on the seat. I’m sorry, I don’t know what the person before me was there for it was just plan unsanitary. Then the intake nurse took pictures of my skin? Just weird. The nurse practitioner I saw was nice and addressed my issues somewhat. I will absolutely not be returning here and I suggest you find a nicer, more professional office than this one.

Went one time and never again, it was a complete waste of money and time. My copay was $50, which I know the office cannot help however, after paying it I was only then asked what I was there for. I told them I wanted skin tags removed, at which they told me it is considered cosmetic and would be $175 for up to 15 skin tags but since I was there I could probably get one problem one done. The doctor was extremely pushy on making a future appointment to get them taken care of. So after my visit, I paid $50 for one skin tag to get removed. Highly disappointed in their lack of transparency about pricing.

I will never come back to this office again! I have been trying to get a prescription for over 2 weeks now and nobody calls me back and if they do they tell me they'll get a prescription and call me back and they never do. This is absolutely ridiculous so today I call and the office is closed until Monday! Now I have to go three more days without any prescription. Also you can never reach anybody at the Marlton office because it goes to the corporate office and then you have to explain the whole thing over again. It's ridiculous that they can't answer their own phones and if they need help I'm sure there's a lot of people that need jobs. I'm tired of not being able to reach the office I called. Totally unprofessional and I am beyond pissed off!

I’ve been to this office three times and all three times I’ve had issues. My first time was for a cyst, And I was told he could do absolutely nothing for me. 1 Month later I visited another dermatologist and they immediately put me on antibiotics & booked me for a surgery . It went great! Before I found that derm, I had second visit here for medicated cream. A cream I have been on for a year prior. Post appointment I had to chase around between insurance, Call center, and physician text messages to finally receive 1 tube. When I went for my 1st refill out of 3, I was told by my insurance I needed another pre-authorization. I attempted to call the office and was given the call center. The center said that they will relay the message to the office. The office took a week and a half to return the call. During the call they tell me I need a pre-authorization.. in which I let them know that I already know this because I called it in two weeks ago. Can we please get the process started. They said they would have to see me for another appointment. I said no problem can we do this as soon as possible though because I have been waiting for a little bit of time. I was given the next day appointment. The appointment lasted about 10 minutes and I thought all was good. Until my pharmacy called me to let me know that the medication still needed a pre-authorization. I called the call center and I asked them to be transferred to the office in hopes of immediately rectify the situation after What feels like running in circles. This is when I get connected to a woman named Colleen at the front desk from the office. I opened up the conversation with letting her know that I am exhausted and confused with this process And would like some clarity and help. I could NOT get through any parts of my experience without her interrupting and cutting me off repeatedly. So much to the point that I ask her if I can please just let me speak so she can better understand how to help me. As I say the next sentence I hear silence.. moments later a different woman picks up the phone and says hello with a much brighter energy and attitude. All I want is my medication.. So I quickly tell the medical assistant my story and she affirms me that she has a correct nose and that she put them in. GREAT! Before hanging up, I politely let her know that was very rude of the first woman.I could’ve done without the attitude of a front desk person of a MEDICAL facility with no bedside manner/ clearly wants to go home at the end of the day. It’s already difficult to get in contact with the office post visit in the first place. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks and soon moving. By the time you’re connected to the office you’ve already spoken to 3/4 ppl/ Ai. Not to mention, I took a half day from work for an appointment that lasted all of 10 minutes. So excuse me if I would like clarity on why my pharmacy is calling me for the same issue. A simple “We’re on it, please let me transfer you to a medical professional who can better help.” would’ve sufficed. Not the mention, our service keeps her employed. So not only do I feel like I’m chasing, but I’m treated as a pest or nuisance when trying to get a medication after paying Insurance $, copays, taking off of work & gas. They do not have to worry about me though, I’m telling family and friends to save the trouble & stay away from this dermatology group. Instead go to my other office that is easy to reach, listen to your needs, proactively reach out & don’t have attitudes. And yes.. I had time today.

Laura Dimenna is very knowledgeable and caring !! She is very respectful and I would recommend her to anybody in need of care. If there was a problem with my insurance she reassured me to contact the office and they will get back to me as soon as possible to give a different treatment option. My insurance denied an ointment and they quickly gave me a different one within less than 30 minutes of me contacting them! I would recommend to come here for all your dermatological needs.
