Great care! I had my first dermapen treatment and filler treatment. Dr Smith is my primary care physician so I've known him for quite a number of years. His attention to detail and his compassion for the patient were what had me try these procedures. I'll be continuing in a month with monthly facial peels as well.

Dr. smith is wonderful. Jennifer who works at this office is not compassionate or empathetic in anyway. She’s rude And literally hangs up on you if she doesn’t like what you are saying when it’s regarding your own personal healthcare. She should be supportive and understanding. There used to be a different woman who answered the phone and she was phenomenal- sweet, kind, compassionate, understanding; All essential when working in healthcare. It’s unfortunate because Dr. smith has outstanding bedside manner but when you do not feel comfortable calling the office, it doesn’t matter that he is great. You’re only as good as the weakest link.
