Very unprofessional - My father needed to move up here (with me) for 24 hour care They gave us an appointment 3 weeks out and then a few days before hand pushed it back 2 more weeks. Father needs new primary for VNA services and follow up from RWJ hospital visit very un accommodating and rude saying that's just there policy and wasn't understanding of there inconvenience.

The front desk staff is amazing and the female that checks your weight. I agree since Dr Miller has left I dnt feel comfortable anymore. I can't even pretend anymore they're just too many issues!!!! Where is corporate at this point

Have been a patient of this practice for a number of years. Since Dr Miller retired and the practice was taken over by a corporation the feeling that this is a caring family practice is virtually gone. Last time I was in, there was a pressure cooker vibe. Got a mailing about a month ago that they added a Dr to the practice & to call for an appt - but lo and behold the Dr won’t be onboard till mid-April… and in the meantime, I can’t get an appointment to have a chronic cough looked into for more than a month…. the person answering the phone was distant, nonchalant, and just didn’t seem to give a hoot. Love Poulina, who is thoughtful, knowledgeable and attentive, but this is so disappointing. Have the sense this office is being swallowed by corporate medicine and little faith that corporate medicine gives a hoot about much other than the churn.

Polina is awesome! such a smart, loving and caring physician very professional makes you feel comfortable. office staff is helpful, they don’t always have same day appt but they will point you in the right direction if you need care, staff tries their best to provide the best customer service possible.

This office did not even know that. ..Dr. Razia S.Awan.MD educated at University Del Noresres Tampico Mexico was a physican there in 2023 2024. The office person denied she ever work there Truly a terrible group of administration people unprofessional nasty stay away .

I have been a patient with Highland Park Family Practice for several years. Dr. Miller was my physician for years. He was professional and always made time to sit down and discuss all medical issues. After he retired I began seeing P.A. Polina Osmanoff. P.A. Osmanoff is outstanding and always spends time talking to me after a routine physical or a medical issue. Yesterday I met with Dr. Razia Awan regarding a medical issue. She was outstanding. Dr. Awan spent 45 minutes with me discussing my current medical condition and how to move forward with treatment. She was extremely professional and helpful. The entire staff if excellent including the receptionist at the desk as well as the nursed you interact with during your visit. I would recommend Highland Park Family Practice to any person seeking medical care.

The stuff is very rude - they tell you to go to emergency room, because there is only one doctor available. It is impossible to get the help for Covid due to overbooking. They told me that doctor can see me only in 2 weeks when you need it today.

Very bad, rude and non-cooperative staff on information desk , they mess up with the appointment. without confirmed and information they changed your appointment date. on call they never apologies and accept their mistake.

Delinet- the receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me after providing inaccurate information. Do not use this office if you enjoy being treated like trash!! Will never return or recommend based on Delinet’s childish behavior. Extremely disappointed.
