This establishment is despicable. The patient care and follow up is HORRIBLE. They did a biopsy on my arm and sent it for results. Results which I NEVER received. No one from the office called me, there was no info in my personal patient portal, and they gave me the run-around. I had to call several times just to speak to someone in the office. I will never use this office again, and would not recommend them to anyone.

I went to Dr. Harkaway for concerns of my scalp as I am losing hair at a fast pace. I did not see Dr. Harkaway but a PA. I must of asked her 30 questions especially about PRP for hair loss as well as Propecia. She knew nothing about PRP and did not know if they had it in Delran or not. She was not sure in any way of Propecia. She hasn’t studied it yet!! When you walk into a dermatologist office and want your questions answered and some guidance as to where I should go or a product I should be using in the meantime, don’t get it here. Obviously she, the PA could not provide me with a product or anything I should do. But wait... she gave me a name of a Dr. in NYC that could handle my questions??? What is that about?? I don’t have a good ins company but I’m going to have to pay for nothing. I mind as well ask my dog. Oh the reception likes to wear sweatpants and winter blankets. Never seen that before. Not professional at all!!
