This was my first time getting laser hair removal, and I absolutely loved it—not just because the process was easy and painless, but because of Nicole, the owner of Encore Aesthetics. From the very start and during the whole process, Nicole was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive. She took the time to explain every step, which I appreciated a lot and did the laser treatment with great care and precision. I felt completely comfortable with her, and I’m already looking forward to my next sessions!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Encore and do not recommend this business due to my experience with them. My first appointment began with a significant delay; the owner arrived 15-20 minutes late, claiming she was parking, which was unacceptable. She said she was parking but then walked in 15-20 later. My second appointment was canceled by the owner due to a car accident, which I understood, however, I had to initiate multiple attempts to reschedule. My third appointment was canceled by me due to illness, with ample notice given (4 days). My fourth scheduled appointment resulted in a complete no-show by the owner. I waited outside the salon for 30 minutes, and my calls and texts went unanswered. I have yet to receive any communication from her. I purchased a package of sessions directly from the owner, Nicole, rather than through Groupon, at her urging. This decision I now deeply regret, as I have been unable to obtain a refund or complete the services. I paid $400 for 7 session and only saw Nicole once. She has not attempted to resolve this matter with me at all. Due to the lack of communication and the repeated missed appointments, I have disputed the charges with my bank and Venmo. I have also been advised to file a police report. I strongly advise against using Encore's services. The owner's unreliability and lack of professionalism have resulted in a significant loss of time and money. This business's practices are unacceptable, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

If i could give a 0 rating i would. Called about 10 times to schedule an appointment noone picked up. This place shouldnt be in business!! Horrible

Wouldn’t recommend. They’ll have you waiting for hours or just cancel on you. Sessions always run overtime. No info on the doctor or equipment anywhere which all laser places have. Shady place, report it.
