Parents called to verify Dr. Bonney’s office was open due to inclement weather conditions Friday and Monday, 1/26, and the staff that picked up said they were. When they got to the office on Monday, 1/26, for their scheduled appointment it was closed! They were never notified to cancel the appointment or of closure. Very disappointing, especially, with the weather conditions. They also had to pay tolls etc. The employees that were in charge of picking up the calls those days should definitely be reprimanded and have more consideration for their patients. People take from their time and make a lot of effort to get to their appointments. Very unprofessional.

I do not recommend this office. My daughter and I arrived for our appt. and after waiting a few minutes until we were able to speak to the front desk girl, we were told that the provider would not see us because we were late (by 10 min) even though she was still there. I was told she is about to head out. I told her we just drove 30 min. in traffic to get there. No apology and was told there is no one else we could see. Terrible customer service and I will be looking for another provider moving forward.

I love Dr. David Bonney, he's so professional, thorough, and pleasant. He's a very good doctor and knows how to treat your Dermatologic issues. The front desk staff are nice, and the MARS. BEST place to go.

am so satisfied with my visit with Dr. Crystal. She is incredibly kind and—most importantly—she truly listens. That’s a huge deal for me. She never made me feel rushed; she took her time, asked questions, and genuinely wanted to help. She prescribed what I needed, and I’ve already started using it. Definitely a keeper!

Edit: How is a misdiagnosis "the ultimate patient experience?" I am sure there are more professional dermatologist offices out there. Even if you are looking for cosmetic procedures which I did not use. Not a bad experience although I was misdiagnosed (it wasn't dermatitis, it was psoriasis; nonetheless, still a close call due to trial and error). I moved on to a closer derm but still find it odd that I was given a pharmacy in New York with a disconnected number when I use a pharmacy close to home and the generic meds prescribed are all readily available?!

Schweiger dermatology is a beautiful building and office. As, I approached to the front office a lady named Sharon who asked for my name, state of address and etc. She said, “You need to pay $125,” then I told her that I booked myself an appointment through the Zocdo app and I didn’t see a payment plan or anything involved with paying a consultation fee. Then she gave me attitude and raised her voice at me , which it made me very uncomfortable and embarrassed then she said in a demanding tone of voice, “ go pay on the credit card reader”. So, unfortunately I will never come back due to how Sharon treated me.

Before writing my review, I took the time to read others’ experiences to see if my concerns were unique. Unfortunately, it seems this practice has a recurring issue noticed by many, suggesting it operates with more focus on business efficiency than genuine patient care. I had seen Dr. Gordon. Initially, she came across as pleasant and personable. However, the visit quickly turned into a rushed, one-sided conversation dominated by her. I was repeatedly spoken over and wasn’t given the opportunity to explain my concerns. She did not listen, and her tone throughout the appointment was dismissive. Each time I tried to share how I was feeling or what I was experiencing, I was interrupted or outright ignored. At the end of the visit—barely 10 minutes in—she abruptly wrapped up without asking if I had any questions, instead directing me to the medical assistant for anything else. There was no dialogue, no sense of empathy, and no doctor-patient connection. It felt transactional and cold. I cannot recommend this clinic. While they may be clinically competent, their consistent lack of compassion and poor communication make it difficult to trust or feel cared for. Given how many others have reported similar issues, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident. Sadly, trying to voice concerns doesn’t seem to make a difference here.

All I can say is that I was going to the same dermatologist for many years but was never satisfied with his exams. Last year I went to see Dr. Sala at Schweiger Dermatology. She caught a tiny, minute Basil Cell Carcinoma on the side of my nose that was the same color of my skin. I don’t know how she saw it but she did and thank God she did! I’ll never go anywhere else.
