Dr. Reid has been an incredible support for our family. My teenage daughter has discoid lupus, which affects her scalp and requires regular injections, something that can be especially difficult for a teen to go through. From day one, Dr. Reid has shown an exceptional level of patience, empathy, and professionalism. She takes the time to explain the treatment clearly and never rushes through appointments. What we appreciate most is how gentle and reassuring she is during the scalp injections. She speaks to my daughter with such kindness, always making sure she’s comfortable and emotionally at ease. Thanks to Dr. Reid’s expertise and compassionate care, not only are we seeing real improvement in my daughter’s condition, but she also feels genuinely cared for and understood. We’re so grateful to have found a dermatologist who truly goes above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend!

Dr. Reid is a wonderful dermatologist. I have tricky skin problems. Other doctors threw up their hands and said they couldn’t help me..…not Dr. Reid, she took her time and eventually got to the bottom of my issues. If you want a doctor who is patient and VERY knowledgeable she’s it!

Dr Reid is a wonderful doctor. Thorough, listens to her patients and never makes you feel rushed. I used to see her at a different office. I called one day and was told she was no longer there. Luckily, I found her and her new practice on Google. Her new office is so beautiful and clean. The staff is awesome and kind — just like Dr. Reid. I like reading the blogs on their website and find them informative. Once the practice is a bit more settled, I hope they have longer hours to accommodate work and school schedules. Bringing my kids here after school is tough as their hours are a bit limited. I also hope that they regularly update and publish the specials they have on a quarterly or monthly basis.

She was able to quickly diagnose my skin issue and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly. It was very important to me to find a dermatologist who is well-versed in all skin types and shades, and Dr. Reid truly delivered. I’m so thankful I found her and her practice. I will definitely be returning for future visits and won’t hesitate to refer others to her care.

My experience with Dr Reid and her Team was impressive. The reason is from making an appointment, being greeted at the appointment, the intake process(a tablet that worked flawlessly) and Dr. Reid's patient personality(I'm confident I know genuine patience, having seen Dermatologist in different regions of the US) of answering my questions and concerns, which were more than one without my feeling rushed. I departed feeling confident and soothed that my health concerns were resolved. My conclusion is Dr Reid is a rare find and I am grateful to the Nurse who recommended her. We need experienced, qualified, skilled, compassionate doctors. Overjoyed, that I found that in Dr Reid and her Staff.

Dr Reid is a very kind and caring doctor. I highly recommend her. She knows her stuff and explains the process. She took very care of my husband when he was her patient. She wouldn’t prescribe anything to him unless she asked his oncologist. He really liked her too. She is the best and her staff are always kind and willing to help, I have recommended multiple people to her office.
