Dr Parita was really kind too she answered all my questions and was really attentive didn’t feel rushed at all. I’m definitely keeping her as my dermatologist! She’s great! 😊

Made an appointment using their online appointment system, which they ask you to do when you call. The day before the appointment they cancel and tell me that it required a deposit - the system did not say this, nor did they attempt to collect a deposit before canceling. Called them to pay the deposit and keep my appointment but was told it was already given to someone else. This is just unacceptable, fix your system and have better policies. Canceling an appointment the day before knowing that it will be impossible for someone to find an appointment somewhere else, including at your own place shows zero consideration or respect for clients.

When you have an appointment you get texts to remind you of your appointment. From the moment you get into the office the staff is eager to help. They make sure you have all the correct paperwork. There is plenty of staff to check you in. The nurse who takes you in the back was very polite and helpful. Dr Vaidya is a very nice. He is always smiling and very helpful. He explains everything very clearly so you can understand. He makes me feel very comfortable.
