I had a wonderful experience at Aura Dermatology. The receptionist Soley was efficient, attentive, and made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. She was very friendly and organized from the moment I walked in, which made check-in smooth. The MA, Rupa, was warm, professional, and made sure I understood each step. And Casey, the PA, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had an excellent experience, with a well-coordinated team and a genuinely positive visit! Highly recommend.

I was seen by Dr. Casey Colangelo, and she is truly one of the sweetest and most compassionate doctors I’ve ever met. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and takes the time to genuinely listen and thoroughly explain every concern. Came in for a cosmetic procedure with Dr. Vaidya and he did a fantastic job! He was very kind, thorough, and did a great job at explaining the procedure and aftercare recommendations. Furthermore, my initial visit did not completely clear up my skin condition, and he waived the cost of the follow-up touch up visit! I've been to numerous dermatologists in NJ, and Dr. Vaidya has been the best by a mile! Would highly recommend booking an appointment with him.

Very courteous staff but a special shout out for Asha Shah the biologic medicine coordinator who has been so helpful in handling my prior authorization process and medicare process and doing the necessary forms to help me get copay assistance. And when she realized that the manufacturers were not giving me copay assistance she even arranged a sample injection for me to tide over in the meantime! Thank you for being so caring and taking the time to help me out! I really appreciate it! Dr. Vaidya is an excellent doctor been with him for over two years and have had no issues!

I go to this practice for the past one year dr Vidya gladly accepted my case which other Dermotolgy offices in Hillsborough did not want to treat giving excuse of no treatment available to insurance does not cover or pa will do treatment no follow up with dermatologist etc Dr Vidya recommended a prescribed plan for one to one and half years I worked with most of doctors and PAs at this facility. Administration office is very supportive in scheduling and maximum wait time is 5 to 10 minutes. I want to acknowledge dr Casey and Sapna who treats me every week they are very supportive, attentive and makes the treatment easy and fun to go though Casey thanks for all encouragement by you and your team efforts i am seeing results with my skin 80 pct covered hoping to reach 100 pct
