I wish I could give this place 0 stars, not only was I scammed by them to purchase their laser they "made" which delivered nothing less than the worst quality and results of laser hair removal with the absolute worst customer service. I have no idea how this place is still up and running, I went in today to purchase a piece for my machine because I needed it in a hurry not only did they LIE to us again saying their parts are genuine THEY ARE NOT I get to my office and compare to my genuine pieces and they are nothing the same and the piece I bought for part4laser has scratches on it and dust inside the part, I call them back and the OWNER is FIGHTING me back saying I am crazy. NEVER USE THEM NEVER PURCHASE PARTS RUN FAR AWAYYYYYY

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I was sold a fibre optic laser cable for my Candela GentleMax Pro laser hair removal device that does not work. It is either a FAKE or FAULTY cable. Worst yet, when I brought up my concerns to the owner he rudely HUNG UP the phone on me, refused a refund, and dismissed any concerns. STAY AWAY. If this review can save one business from being scammed their hard earned cash from these con artists then it is worth it. THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE REPORTED.

I had used company in the past with no issues, however, we sent our alma harmony laser to them for repair, it had a small slow leak and would not turn on. They did not reply to emails for a couple of weeks once they got the laser ( this took a month to get the laser there), and then we were told our tech was in some sort of accident. I asked for calls from the owner and Yoseph and Gina who and answered phones. After 5 weeks of them having the laser with NO updates, Gina went and found my laser and asked me what condition it was in, and proceeded to send me pictures of a completely damaged laser outer casing. I had taken pictures right before we had shipped it, as there was confusion which model laser we had. We started calling daily with no updates, then all the sudden received an invoice for $3600.00 I called and asked if it was turning on and if the case was repaired and I was told that it was. We paid the invoice, waited 2 weeks before they finally shipped it. Received today and it does NOT TURN ON and the case was poorly glued back together. Foot pedal and key were missing as well. I am Sarah with Whitefish Plastic Surgery in Whitefish Montana if anyone else wants to file a suit together. UPDATE in response to Parts for Laser responce, they sent us the container it was shipped in. No accountability!

Horrible quality, I would not use them again! To provide more specifics, your team repaired several of our Cynosure Elite handpieces. Unfortunately, when we had to hire another technician to address the poor quality of the initial repair, we discovered that the back of the handpieces had been glued together. This has left us with no option but to destroy and replace them, significantly increasing our costs. This level of workmanship is unacceptable, and we are now facing even greater expenses to have them properly repaired.
