The doctor is very nice, but the office is screwed up. The first time I went there they canceled my appointment without telling me. I didn't find until I got there. After my visit I paid for the procedure. Then a week later I ger a message that I'm going to be charged for my visit. You would think that when you pay someone that they might write it down somewhere. This office staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Edit: Again, months after my visit, they ate sending me a text that they are going to charge me for their visit. Definitely do not recommend this place.

I had skin cancer removed from my face. From the initial visit right on up and including the surgery, I was treated like one of the family. The communication between the office staff and myself was top shelf on their part. The kindness and excellent bedside manner from all of the staff, including the surgeon was also top shelf. I don’t feel that you could ever go wrong by coming here for treatment. I am completely satisfied.

I really enjoyed this practice when I was being treated for my acne. Now that my acne is under control, I was trying to seek help with my hair thinning. The last time I was in the office I was told about possible treatments and if the problem continues to return. I made an appointment for the hair thinning and when I went back in it was the exact same as the last time. Where my hair thinning “is just stress” and it’ll correct itself because “it’s not concerning.” And the entire time having a doctor just giggle in your face while you’re legit concerned about your hair. Then you have the girls at the front desk that are just rude and dismissive. They just give you a tablet to fill out to sign in and close the glass in your face. I will be looking for a new dermatologist because all this place cares about is your copay.

When someone says to the Dr., “ only if the insurance covers it”, and they acknowledge and proceed and I get a bill a year later for over $150 you’re committing fraud. Avoid this place at all costs…or it’ll cost you more.
