Good visit. The PA was very nice but the PA I saw the last time, maybe 3-4 months ago was no longer with the office. Otherwise everything was fine, although the visit was brief and I felt the PA was in a bit of a rush. Still all my questions were answered but I had to talk fast!

I went to Dr. Lehrhoff for a check-up with the goal of adjusting my medication. After expressing my concerns about my current prescription, I felt like my concerns were ignored. She changed the medication but then sent the wrong prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Despite calling more than ten times and leaving multiple voicemails (since the office never answers the phone), I eventually received a prescription for a medication I had never heard of — with little explanation or instruction — and once again it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. When I raised my concerns about the ongoing errors, a PA called me back in a dismissive and rude manner, insisting I was wrong, even though the office had previously asked me to call because they were confused about the medication in the system. As a result of their lack of attentiveness and professionalism, I was forced to travel out of the country without the proper medication or instructions.
