Great staff and a wide variety of services. I had a facial and it was very relaxing! I wished it lasted longer because it felt so good. Hopefully there will be a message therapist soon, cause I will definitely be a repeat customer for that too!

I want to start out by addressing the person who left a lengthy and very untrue review regarding Ocotillo. For starters, whenever I need something addressed or for the doctor to send in a new prescription to the pharmacy, it gets done that day. All I do is call the receptionist, who might I add is incredibly kind and professional, let her know I need to speak to the doctor, they take my name and phone number, the doctor returns my phone call usually at the end of the day if not before. In fact, the employees, doctors, receptionists and nurses prefer you call and leave a message for the doctor so she or he can address the issue and solve it over the phone considering how incredibly busy they are. They don’t have time to just create an appointment for the specified request when it can be handled over the phone. I find the review to be very tedious and a misleading considering the fact I’ve never dealt with, nor anyone I know who goes to Ocotillo, with such an inconvenience as described. My experience has always been amazing at Ocotillo and I refuse to go anywhere else as I was once a newbie to Roswell, too. Now for my review. This Med-Spa is nothing short of amazing. I get my checkups, b-12 and kenalog shots, my hair done, as well as some facial maintenance all under one roof. The staff is extraordinarily friendly, outgoing, professional and committed to making you feel comfortable. I have never once felt my personal information was threatened. Thank you for constantly reinventing yourself, Ocotillo and for consistently ensuring your med-spa is top of the line for your clients/patients.

I should start by saying that finding a good doctor in Roswell isn't easy; being able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner is even harder. That's the level of doc-scarcity we're talking about in this town. But Dr. Wulf is pretty good about seeing you more or less promptly, which counts for a lot. And the offices are nice and Dr. Wulf herself is personable and professional. But I'm bothering to post this review because of the policy that this office has in place for doctor-patient communication: If you want to say a word to your doctor regarding something quick and necessary---in my case I needed to let her know that I had to stop taking a new med she just put me on because of side effects---then you have only two options: 1) Give your confidential and possibly very sensitive medical information to the receptionist to relay it to the doc, or 2) Schedule an appointment and then wait for your day, take time off of work---if you even can---and pay for a full office visit so you can show up in person and spend the six seconds it takes to say, "Hey Doc, I had to go off those meds so let's try that other med you suggested." Maybe this is standard procedure in Roswell (I'm still fairly new to town and this is my first experience in a doc's office down here), but to me this just isn't realistic. I am uncomfortable entrusting my private medical information with the receptionist---I don't want to utter it out loud to her in a lobby full of people, either, and I'm also reluctant to write it down on a Post-It note for her to pass to the doc like it's a note in 7th grade study hall, as she suggested---and it obviously isn't practicable to take time off work, drive to the doc's, wait interminably in a waiting room, and be charged for a full office visit just so that you can utter twenty syllables. Complicating my case is the fact that my particular medical concern at the moment is possibly dire and getting it diagnosed and treated as early as possible is vital. And now, because I simply could not have the most basic and speedy communication with my doc it's going to be another six weeks before I can get an appointment with a new doc---which, alas for me, is another six weeks of discomfort and anxiety as I struggle with very worrisome symptoms. And even worse: It could well damage my chances at treatment and recovery.
