The staff is extremely nice and patient with All my questions and explained everything in detail. The nurse practitioner is sweet and very easy going. She also was patient, explaining everything step by step. Made me feel very comfortable because I was nervous. She places all needles so I could see everything was in packets unused. Offices clean and they took good health precautions. Highly recommended and great work! I had the PRF under eyes for first time and no pain. I could see results right after it was done and even more after 3 days!

This was my first time going to Infinite Wellness as I took advantage of the tox special being offered. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We talked through my concerns and mapped out my treatment plan. Not once did I feel rushed or stressed. We finished and before leaving we set up my 2-week follow up appointment which I’ve never had done for me before at other facilities. I absolutely appreciate this because I tend to get very busy and completely forget to schedule. This was super convenient and showed me that the staff really cares. 2 weeks later, I attended my follow up and we proceeded with minor touch ups. Overall I’m extremely pleased and impressed with the service, price point, and support staff. I’m definitely returning. Thank you!!

The ladies at Infinite Wellness are amazing — super knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to! The esthetician who did my laser hair removal was so nice and walked me through everything. I thought it would hurt, but it didn’t at all! I also had some lab work done (which is usually tough for me because of my veins), but they got it done quickly with just one stick. I’ve had laser hair removal done at a bunch of different places before, and while hormones always make some hair come back, this is the first place where the process wasn’t painful and definitely so much more comfortable than anywhere else I’ve tried. After just my first session, I already noticed my hair was growing back much slower, which has never happened this quickly for me before. Now, after my second appointment, I can already tell the results here are going to be faster and longer-lasting compared to other places. I had a very disappointing experience with this laser skin clinic. I was quoted a specific price over the phone, based on which I decided to drive over an hour to visit the clinic. However, once I arrived, I was told a completely different and much higher price, which felt misleading and unprofessional. What was even more concerning was the lack of knowledge about the laser machines being used. Overall, They are not professional and well experienced!
