Milan Laser Hair Removal

I have been pursuing treatments for more than a year now and wanted to take my time to reflect on my experiences and give quality feedback from my now longer term experience. The bottom line up front; everyone has been extremely welcoming and supportive through my experiences for my goals, and for who I am as a person. I couldn’t ask for better in quality, experience, or personality. I highly recommend this, and most particularly the Henderson clinic in Nevada for their amazing staff. They are extremely driven to provide quality in their actions, positive mindsets, and ultimately and most importantly their heart sets. Now, to dive into the details, I need to rewind time. Something I’ve always been self conscious about is my high level of body hair. It’s not something that I’m comfortable with, nor with speaking much on, but it’s been uncomfortable for me and has been an area I’ve never much appreciated. Yes, I was the student just starting middle school who sported a full beard and was consistently confused with being a postdoctoral graduate candidate in neuroscience. And yes, this is no exaggeration, and has happened many-a-times. Beginning this process, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m a veteran with professional operational experience in my fields, as well as a former national level medical director. I trust my ability to research unbiased and analyze the right information, having both done this under combat conditions and medical ones. I researched the technology and procedures thoroughly. I spoke with doctors and clinic staff both related to Milan and separate from Milan so as to remove biases and favoritism. I dug into the science and was very relieved to positively challenge that information in the medical community from the proper professionals. I pursued their full body program which gives me access to pursue treatments on any and all parts of my skin for as long as I require. Unfortunately for me, as I alluded to earlier, my hair is very dark and thick; this is a positive for the treatments, but it also adds the additional factor of needing additional care. I attribute this and my hypersensitive skin heavily to my heritage and genetic predisposition. Due to my time schedule and location, I drive four hours, one way, and do full body from the neck down all at once. This to me is a well worth time investment, most importantly for the people I get to see. I highly recommend running the cold air blower that accompanies the laser at full blast. This has been a life saver to me. So now! With all that information out of the way, I can get to the main information. Ever since beginning, I’ve had positive experiences with everyone I have had the pleasure to work with. They have been nothing but kind, understanding, attentive and supportive of my circumstances, and dedicated to their craft. I have very much enjoyed our conversations before, during, and after treatments and have grown to know each one of them as we share experiences in our lives and have gotten to intentionally know one another. I am very much an intentional person, not a transactional one. I very much value building and maintaining relationships and friendships. It has been a welcome experience to find individuals that share the same values and love in their daily lives. While I have had positive experiences with out of all the Milan clinics I have visited throughout the nation and can certainly recommend each one, this one is by far the best and it is absolutely due to the team that inhabits it. This is the reason I am reviewing this specific location, because they are the prime location that best exudes the qualities of what this company is meant to express in its vision and mission statement. I would certainly argue this not only in the region, but nationwide. One cannot ask for a more higher rated team of individuals to represent this company. If I was chairing the company board and able to execute decisions, I would absolutely ensure that the model of positivity and personal intentionality be prioritized and cultured.

I have had a few visits now and the experience has exceeded my expectations. Brittany is incredibly sweet and made me feel comfortable during my consultation and subsequent visits. The nurse, Alexzah, was kind and patient with me as I learn the laser process. I would 10/10 recommend this location as they deliver on the results I anticipated.

I was able to share my concerns and what my goals were and share past experiences from another company that had me disappointed. They were very supportive and explained how the process worked and that they were confident I would have a better outcome and experience at this med spa. Absolutely the most amazing experience ever!! Totally easy and stress free price explaining and overall just amazing, zero pressure, and easy! The clinic manage Britany is seriously an Angel and I hope I can go back one day to do my treatments!

Brittany! She was absolutely amazing. She was with me months before I FINALLY decided to spend some money and actually do something for myself for once in my "40" years of my life. I never felt pressured and she completely understood my fears and made me feel so comfortable in office before and after my 1st session. I shopped around and actually had some girl claim they were gona be the better choice but she was far from being honest with me with a few things. THEM vs Milan? Omg. Hands down. Milan will always be the better choice. I've had lifelong pain with shaving! After each shave it looked like I hadn't shaved yet. Also. Stubborn hair. Nicks. Rashes. Burning afterwards. Scars. Bandaids after slicing my skin. It all has caused me to just minimize wearing tank tops and shorts my whole life. Milan Lazer Hair Removal, LIFE CHANGING. I will update y'all after my 1st session but so far? I'll be totally honest here. The pain was seriously a minimal. I was scared but Brittany and the office made me feel extremely comfortable (And i never am with other beauty places so I walk out). As I was talking to another great woman Alexzah during the procedure, she stepped away from me. I was all Uh is that it? She chuckled and said yes that is it, see you next time! O. M. G. Best decision I've ever made was to come here. I won't use anyone else. My 1st session was Dec 8. I just shaved Dec 30 and I felt like I had very little hair to shave. It was definitely immediate results. I keep showing my husband LOOK BABE! CAN YOU EVEN SEE MY HAIR? He says NOT REALLY. LOOKS DIFFERENT ALREADY. AND THAT'S ONLY ONE SESSION? WOW! Very friendly staff and the results are impressive! The treatments reduce facial and body hair density significantly; shaving is quick and easy now. Thank you for helping me feel comfortable in my body :)

I started my Milan Laser Hair Removal treatments in Colorado back in 2019 before moving. I am SO happy to see Henderson/Vegas have added locations! I was able to jump back in SEAMLESSLY—no extra fees and my touch up treatments remain UNLIMITED. After having two kids, it is great to know I don’t have to travel to Colorado or schedule treatments in other locations I happen to be visiting. The staff is friendly, flexible and knowledgeable. I did a lot of research and shopping around and it was clear to me that this is the number one brand in laser hair removal. The staff at this location is great, they always prepared, organized, caring, and knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to the journey and results! So far very happy with my experience.
