Doctor Chen is by far one of the best in this field. He is very polite and definitely understands what is best for you, but again to each its own. I had a few things I didn't like about how Botox/Xiomin made me look but since Doctor Chen has been doing it for me I love how my face looks.

⚠️ ⛔️ WARNING: Unsafe, unethical, and dishonest practice This clinic is a danger to patients. Even as a long-term patient, I was treated with complete disregard. Dr. Eugene Yu Tzee Chen ignored my request for a thicker filler, secretly used the thinnest product instead, and then injected me with an already opened/partially used syringe - knowingly putting me at risk of bloodborne pathogen exposure. That alone is grounds for him to lose his license. When I complained, I was strung along with false promises: first told dissolving and re-treatment would be free, then asked to pay, then offered a refund that was never delivered. According to my conversation with Camron, she admitted the truth - they never had the filler I requested in stock, Dr. Chen avoids thicker fillers to hide errors, the business is failing, the building is falling apart (broken A/C, water heater, etc.) and the owner is renting out rooms just to bring in money. She told me directly she wouldn’t recommend Dr. Eugene Chen because he is “old, stuck in his ways, and not up to date on training.” The “owner,” Matthew Chen (Dr. Chen’s son), covered for his father, denied my concerns about exposure, and deflected until finally going silent. This family-run operation protects itself, not its patients. Combined with Dr. Eugene Chen’s federal Medicare fraud conviction, this shows a clear pattern of unethical behavior. This place is collapsing financially, medically unsafe, and ethically bankrupt. They cut corners, override patient requests, falsify records, and gamble with people’s health. Dr. Chen is negligent, dishonest, and dangerous - he should not be practicing. Avoid this medspa at all costs.

“Master injector” is just a sales gimmick. Don’t fall for it. This place is a mess. They never answer the phone, they don’t return messages, and good luck getting a response once they have your money. The facility itself is old and poorly kept, which tells you everything about how little pride they take in their business. My experience was nothing but frustration and disappointment. There are plenty of medspas that actually care about their patients, this isn’t one of them.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Chen and the team at New Life New Image! This is a family owned and operated practice, and it truly shows in the level of care and attention they provide. Dr. Chen is the best. He explains every step of your treatment plan, and you always know what you’re getting because he opens everything in the room (not like other injectors who come in with prefilled syringes). I was a little nervous before my first visit, but the aesthetician, Camron, and Physician, Dr. Chen, made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. I have now done a few facial treatments and Neurotoxin, and with every treatment, they take the time to explain everything and they are very knowledgeable. As a first time patient, he sat with me for 30 minutes and explained the differences between all the brands of botulism and why they use Xeonin. They were running a special of 50 units for $375 which I felt was a great value. Highly recommended!!! 💯

I submitted my information and they booked my virtual consultation same day, which was great. The woman who called me quoted me. I let her know that it was a little expensive for me, especially since the place I used treat with, which closed down during the Covid pandemic, only charged me a fraction of the price. She made a snarky comment saying “Maybe that’s why they went out of business”. I found that extremely unprofessional and rude because I hold them close to my heart & NO that’s not why they went out of business. She’s mad because I was honest about them being out of my budget? And she still had the nerve to tell me to feel free to call back if I change my mind. I’m DEFINITELY not calling back. I know everything I need to know about the culture.
