The best in Vegas! From my consultation to end result, I was treated like the most important customer. They took my needs into consideration, listened to what look I wanted to achieve, and are above all a professional and friendly staff. As a first time patient, they were conservative with the amounts used and did not try to oversell. I appreciated that so much. I have been waiting to write this review because I wanted to be accurate. Jessica at the front desk is a gem, she’s super sweet and professional. This was my 3rd time in and meet with Lauren she’s very sensitive to what you desire and what results you are wanting to achieve. I really appreciate the honesty because I have older skin we have done 3 treatments and my skin is really coming back to looking healthy and radiant. She teaches you skin techniques to keep you looking youthful. I also meet with Jayme, When you meet her she is the most calming and caring person you’ll ever meet. Her soft and calming approach is very comforting she’s up front and doesn’t pressure you into anything. She is clear and explains any questions and answers honestly. Iv had nothing but great experiences here. I’m very happy with the secret and will be returning! I recommend that you check out this gem of a place.

I first went to the secret for Botox. I have had several Botox procedures throughout the years but none of my experiences have been like what I experienced at the secret! The staff were so helpful and pointed me in directions I had not even considered going with my treatment plans. They help me choose the perfect procedures and I never felt pressured to hurry up and make a choice. I have been there now a dozen times for different treatments including their skin tightening treatment, Ulthera. I have recommended several of my friends to go there and will continue to do so. My first encounter with the FABULOUS Secret Face and Body Bar was about 6 months ago. I’m fairly new to the Las Vegas area, but I’m no rookie when it comes to keeping my monthly skin care regiment up. My first appointment at The SF&B was a hydra-facial, it’s a more advanced version of micro dermabrasion. If want to address any skin issues this is a great monthly service to keep your skin looking flawless and radiant!! I just absolutely LOVE the whole staff. The secret bar was an amazing experience. The staff listen to your wants but recommends what you need. I recently had an IPL, Micro-needling w/prp, and a hydro-facial. I am sooo impressed by the results I got and there prices are reasonable. I will definitely be returning, I have been to other med spas but have never had results like I got from The Secret. Had an amazing experience today at The Secret Face & Body Bar! Jayme, Lauren, and Amanda were all great; professional, knowledgeable, and kind! I had originally reached out to them about Botox for hyperhydrosis and Jayme was very quick to get back to me. She also let me know about Miradry as an option. I'm so happy she did! That's what I went with. So much easier and pleasant compared to Botox! And it's permanent! Yes, permanent. This place is the absolute best! Recently did a Yumi Lash Lift with Lauren and my results are insane! So happy with my results. My lashes would always stick straight out or downward but now they are perfectly curled. Jayme is literally the queen of injections! She’s definitely an expert in her field. I called The Secret and have been using their sweat reduction treatment and love the results so far. The staff of the secret is fantastic and always.
