I adore this medical spa and Sarah is an absolute gem. I came in as previous places were unable to help me improve my severe ab separation from my pregnancies and had given up hope..until I met Sarah, their unicorn Emsculpt specialist! Although we just met a few weeks ago, Sarah has been a miracle and bright side during the most challenging 6 years of my life. I’ve never met someone like Sarah before, who was so invested in helping me look and feel better. I had given up hope with my abs: other places have tried and blamed my medical history for being too complex/mysterious as a basis for not getting any improvements. Sarah is fearless: super smart, creative with her problem-solving approach and genuinely just wants to help! As a result: Sarah has helped me get my confidence and body running again! All my life, I ran for stress-relief, and that was taken away when I had health problems which began 6 years ago, which is finally getting resolved and I'm feeling much better. However, the bad diastases recti from my pregnancies continued to prevent me from getting back into running without getting hurt! With Sarah’s help with Emsculpt, my core is super strong again and the ab separation is… gone! I cannot even believe I just wrote that!!! But it’s true! She has saved me a lifetime of physical therapy or possibly even surgical interventions to have my abs back :). I cried when she said she would help me… I cried when my ab separation was gone after Emsculpt… I cried when I ran for the first time! I’m forever grateful for Sarah taking me on as a client - she has my before and after pictures, and they are incredible. I’m so lucky I found Sarah! I've been a customer here at the spa and dr Ruekles on the dermatologist side of this business for approximately 10 years. 3 to 4 months ago I went to the spa to see if the laser they used could remove hair from the bottomof my lip and the corners of my mouth. I began to do treatments every 4 to 6 weeks. I was told it could take up to six treatments for the hair to stop growing back. On the 6th treatment the hair had still not stopped growing in and it seems as if nothing had changed. The technician increased the power of the laser for the sixth treatment. This resulted in swelling around my lips and two large dime-sized red spots near corners of my lips which lasted for 3 weeks. On the 7th appointment I requested a refund because the treatments had not worked. I was told by the manager they would not give me a refund because the service was performed. I explained that a service was performed that did not give me any results that were promised so I should be entitled to a refund. I asked to come in and speak face-to-face to the manager and show how the hair was still growing in the areas i had paid to be removed but i was told that she's never readily available and i could email her. This type of business practice of not standing behind what your selling is not ok to me and they now just lost a customer of 10 years because of $240 in treatments thst didnt work.

Wonderful place . They don't encourage you to have procedures you do not need. Staff is wonderful. I lived in New York and Washington D.C. and this is by far the best experiences I have ever had. Would not go anywhere else.
