Worst office I have ever been to. After 3 hours I just left! Where do I start? 1) When I called to confirm my appointment over the phone the receptionist was rude and would repeatedly interrupt and talk over me. 2) I showed up for my appointment ten minutes early and it took nearly an hour after my appointment time to get called back into a patient room. 3) I don’t known if it was the nurses first day, but they had to come back into the room several times to ask routine questions because another nurse did not complete the questionnaire. 4) AFTER 3 HOURS OF WAITING (AND NEVER BEING SEEN BY THE DOCTOR) I FINALLY JUST LEFT. I asked if I would get a call in regards to the appointment and was told that’s not something they do… The whole experience was a complete waste of my time and was to no exaggeration the worst office experience I’ve ever encountered. The ONLY good thing I can say was the blonde receptionist was very kind and professional.

I can't tell you how many times my wife comes back from Dr. Adams office empty handed, without her prescription filled after quite literally waiting hours to be seen. The front desk worker (her husband?) loudly saying what her prescription is in front of other people (massive HIPAA violation), etc. I have never seen anything like it. Absolutely terrible operation.

As other reviews have stated, Dr. Adams is really personable and understanding, but the negatives heavily outweight that. 4 hour wait times, staff not answering phone calls, missed telemed appointments, and staff not handling issues like insurance, prescriptions, and communication have been constant. The lack of competence, awareness, and concern from her staff is genuinely concerning considering this is a medical office.

Dr. Adams herself is solid and gives you her attention and time. That being said, her office staff and administrative organization are the worst I have ever encountered. Be prepared to wait at least two to three hours in the office for an in-person visit. Each time. Be prepared for missed tele-med appointments. Be prepared to for your appointment to be canceled and to have to wait another six weeks to see the doctor. Be prepared to have to visit the office in person because your phone calls will not be returned. You stay with Dr. Adams because she herself does not rush you out. But don't expect to see her for anything time sensitive or immediate at all. I want to give her better reviews because I like her as a practitioner. Her practice is terribly organized. Update: After attempting to deal with her administrative office for years and having found it getting only worse and worse, I have moved on. This is unfortunate. Dr. Adams is a great doctor and I wish her offices as good.

Let me start by saying that Dr Adams is a very nice person and a caring doctor. That being said, if you value your time do not go here. Her staff is terrible and your appointments will be rescheduled. I showed up for my confirmed appointment, only to find out that the doctor wasn’t even in town. At my rescheduled appointment after sitting for an hour and a half and not seeing Dr Adams I finally walked out. These were not the only bad experiences I had with this office so I will looking for a new GP.

I have been a patient for Doctor Adams for about 15 to 20 years and I refuse to go to any other doctor because Dr. Adams is excellent. She really care about my my medical needs and she is very opened and honest about my medical condition. She saved my life during the time I had a gallbladder procedure. Even though I have to wait in the waiting room for a very long time in order to see her, she is very worth the wait. I now come prepared for the wait by bringing my charged up cell phone, and my book just to kill the time. Yes indeed, Doctor Adams is the best,

Appointment 10:20a till now 3:09 still waiting to been by the doctor. That is ridiculous. Never think of then patient if she /he are hungry or something 4 hrs 1/2 waiting is not right.

First off I want to preface this review that Dr Adams has a great bedside manor. With that being said I started seeing her in April of 2021. The first visit I waited 3 hours for my appointment, the second visit I waited 3.5 and was told to go home and come back when called, the third time I did a teledoc and waited 2 hours. The wait times are ridiculous even for a doctor. The reason I am writing the review is because of the treatment I received by her staff. In May I was hospitalized because of a bad reaction from the medications that I was on. The hospital told me to make an appointment with my doctor asap. I called the next day and asked to make an appointment and told them that I was hospitalized, I was told “oh I’m sorry, yeah our nearest appointment is the end of June” I took the appointment and was not getting much better and needed to see the doctor. The appointment came near and was called by Dr Adams office and was told by the receptionist “we need to move your appointment to august” I told them that was unacceptable and that I need to see her to follow up as I was not getting much better and had been hospitalized. Their answer was “if you have a problem with waiting maybe you can find a new doctor”…. If Dr Adams allows her office to treat patients like that I would rather never see a doctor again than to be treated that poorly.

Im writing this review in placement of my sister who has tried time and time again to go get help with this doctor for 7 MONTHS! Unfortunately she has the WORST STAFF EVER! They have rescheduled her appointments multiple times without contacting her, and then just today 4/4/2024 my sister shows up to her 3pm appointment ( that she confirmed just the day before ) and she watched the receptionist walk out of the office and lock the door at 2:45pm ( they close at 4pm ) and drive off WITHOUT ANY CALL! while she waited for her to possibly return ( which never happened ) 3 other people walk up for their appointments that were not contacted either. Unfortunate that this staff gives the doctor a bad rep.

As much as I love Dr Adams. The wait time to see her is atrocious. Constantly canceled appointments. Was suppose to be given a 4 weeks follow up. Never received a call the. When I call they tell me I have to wait 2 months to see her. I was in the hospital they told me to follow up with her in 2-3 days for a referral to Neurologist and they said the next appointment is in January. Hopefully I don’t die from now till then. I really wish she would get a better team or some help bcuz this is ridiculous. I think Dr Adams is very knowledgeable, and a caring Dr; however she over extends herself, prob needs to stop taking new patients, and needs major help. She needs a better team. I really wish I didn’t have to switch PCP but trying to get this clinic to do anything is a joke. The least they could do is the referral for neuro instead they transferred me to someone who’s voicemail is full and it disconnected. Truly disappointing.
