I went a couple days ago and this place is beautiful! Love the decor and the serenity environment as you come inside. The staff was very friendly and my appointment was on time. I did the Hydrafacial and the experience was amazing!. My skin really feels refresh and rejuvenated. This place is a joke the girl that answers the phone is very rude!! They scheduled me a follow up I confirm twice the day before and no one called the day of. I called them Friday to see what happen and the receptionist stated they called and I didn’t answer so they left a message. I told her I never received a call because I stepped away from my desk waiting for the call until 11am. She immediately got smart asking well why didn’t I call them and I need to pay $25 before she scheduled me an appointment and if I don’t like it don’t come back to there office!! I have no problem paying however they never called me and for her to get smart and not be professional was insane!! I never had a problem with the follow up staff she was very nice, it’s that unprofessional reception!! I guess if I were Hispanic she would have been more polite!! I will definitely take my money somewhere else and let everyone know to not deal with them!!
