This was my first time going. I had botox done and this doctor was the one I chose after research. The spa was very nice, very clean and the employees were awesome. The doctor was fantastic too. He explained everything and he knew what he was doing. This wasn't my first time getting botox and fillers too. Doctor had great sense of humor while maintaining a very professional demeanor. Also, no pain at all and no bumps all over my forehead. I'll be going back for fillers in few weeks and have decided they will be doing more maintainance I need. Just moved to Reno so it was important I found a doctor that I could trust. Go, you won't regret it. I'll update as results become more apparent. EDIT: Myself and husband spent over $900 for botox and it only lasted several weeks. I'm going to call them and see what, if anything, they will do about it. I will update with their response. I thought I found my botox spa in Reno but depending on their response, we will see.UPDATE: I called the spa to complain and they had me come in almost immediately. The doc explained that he starts 'light' to see what the customer is happy with. To be fair I didn't tell the doc I wanted the 'frozen' look on forehead so he injected more into my forehead. 4 stars because they charged me a little over $100. I understand the charge because I wasn't clear what I wanted but good customer service would have been no charge. If the forehead takes well, I will use him for my lips. He does not inject your lips and tell you to go home and rub and shape them. He shapes them as he's injecting and believe me thats a PLUS and right way to do it.

Best service I've ever had!!!! Great customer service from Cheri and Dr Glass is awesome, very knowledgeable & informative! He also has a wonderful sense of humor which I love! My experience was enjoyable. The spa was clean professional Hi-Tech and made me feel extremely comfortable .. if I'm ever in Reno again I'm definitely coming to see Dr. Glass. Dr. Glass and his staff are supremely professional and kind. I especially appreciate the time Dr. Glass has given me to explain the procedures in detail beforehand. I have visited other doctors in Reno as well as Salt Lake City since 1997 for Botox treatments, and none have been so meticulously and well done, nor lasted as long as the treatments I have received from Dr. Glass over the past two years. I highly recommend Dr. Glass and Esteem Medical Spa. They are the BEST!

Wonderful experience all around. Staff exceptional in every way. Friendly, accommodating and efficient. Dr Glass is a facial artist. Virtually painless with a lovely result. I've had injectables since 1984 and Dr Glass is the best I've experienced. He has a "magic touch" with a needle. I'll be back!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Micheal Glass for his services. The staff is very professional and made me feel welcomed and at home. The salon and medispa offers a relaxing experience in a highly clean up scale atmosphere. Micheal gladly answered all my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable with the various options that were available. He clearly explained services, products and procedures. Additional, he didn't push products or services on me I didn't need. The staff also made sure I was comfortable all the time too and continued to answer any additional questions I had. I felt confident in choosing Micheal for my services due to his extensive medical background and experience. I believe Micheal has over 35 years of working in the Medical field and he has a better understanding of skin services and technology, than others in the Reno area. He delivers natural results that are often much better than what you "naturally" had going on...I wanted to look HOT and REFRESHED, explaining my insecurities to Dr. Glass was easy and he will always give you honest feedback and suggestions on how to best achieve the look you desire without looking like you've "had work done" . He is GOOD, trust me, I am a snob when it comes to my personal grooming and maintenance and Dr. Glass has superseded my expectations giving lasting results that get noticed by others!
