A perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Upon arrival I was welcomed by Sophia and given a tour of the facility, everything is gorgeous and serene. I received a 50 minute massage from Adrianna and it was absolutely incredible! The additional amenities such as the sauna, jacuzzi and salt room were the icing on the cake. Overall, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy myself again.

We had the connected couple hot stone massage package with champagne and a snack platter. It was sooo relaxing. Massages were great. The atmosphere of the whole spa was very calming. The salt room with hot tea was very relaxing. The flavored water was fantastic! The hydrobed is a must try. The sauna was the perfect temperature. All over a great experience!

Great place for a locals get away or party. Wonderful service from manicurists and masseuse. The drinks were pretty darn yummy too! Love the pool deck too. We were there in May and the weather was perfect. Highly recommend!

I truly love going to this spa, although it’s a bit smaller than some, it’s so relaxing and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and personable and the services are great. We travel to this spa as often as we can. Kay is always so nice! She makes us feel so special for the simple fact that she remembers us! They are all so wonderful. Love the sweet treats that are made available throughout our spa stay. Highly recommend!

My experience with their nail salon was a complete let down from start to finish. Their services are pretty pricey compared to a standard nail salon but I was willing to pay the extra because you gain access to their other spa amenities. For what it's worth the locker room, waiting room, bar, etc were all gorgeous and if my experience hadn't been what it was I would have made them my go to nail salon in Reno. To start, while picking a color, I was shocked at the limited options. What girl doesn't spend time online picking out fun colors/designs before a vacation to have the perfect looking nails that fit the mood? So all of the options I had saved to my phone quickly went out the window because I had very few options to choose from and none of the colors matched what I wanted. But it was too late to find another nail salon so I just accepted that it was what it was. I then asked if they did designs and she gave me a book that showed stamp designs. When I inquired about those she said the girl who worked there before her took them with her so they didn't have the stamps. In the middle of the service she let me know that their stone warmer was broken so they were going to upgrade me to get free paraffin wax instead. I told her that the service I booked already included paraffin wax so I hadn't been expecting hot stones anyways. She told me it did not include it and that it was an upgrade. I showed her on the website where it says it is in included and she said that "Oh well there are disagreements on what services are offered since there are two locations". I would have ignored all of these disappoints because I could choose to go somewhere that offered designs and color options in the future but then, 2 days into my vacation, my nails looked like this. The reason I get gel nail polish for vacations is because it doesn't chip. So I am not even sure if they used the correct polish on me because I have never seen this happen before. On my trip I got a call from the manager that they would refund me for the manicure portion of my service. They said since I paid in cash they would be happy to give me a credit but I insisted on getting an actual refund. So she said I could come pick up the cash refund at any time when I returned and to just let the front staff know that it was approved by her. When I arrived, the girl working had no idea what I was talking about and said she was unable to look into past clients in the system to try and find a note about my refund. She said the manager would be there in 5 minutes and she could help then. 45 minutes later the manager still was not there but they finally got her on the phone. She told me that they said I had had to give 24 hours notice so that the owner could write me a check. This was not the pick-up protocol I had been told to follow and couldn't believe I had wasted another 45 minutes. It was just a super disappointing way to end an already disappointing experience.

Beautiful property. Day spa is full service, showers, sauna, treatment rooms , products . I did the meet me at the spa experience. Massage and facial . My therapist was wonderful Anessa I believe he name was . Knowledgeable , professional . I ordered the Mediterranean plate. So yummy and had a lavender mock tail. I would highly recommend , wish I had more time . You could easily spend hours here.

Pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem! Beautiful ambiance, extremely nice staff, enjoyed my pedicure by Sarah and my massage by Terry too! The locker rooms are small but in a nice, private kind of way. All the amenities you could want. Wonderful solar sauna. Food and drinks are amazing too!!! Can't wait to go back!

I told Gina having a massage with her was like the first time I ever flew first class and never wanted to fly cabin again. She spoiled me so badly I can never go anywhere else again. Gina was very attentive and made adjustments to make sure my neck issues wouldn’t be problem. I felt like I was going to float away afterward I was so relaxed and happy!
