Premier Laser Spa of Albany is amazing! My treatments have been super effective! I'm not event done with my laser hair removal process and I already barely shave at all! It saves me so much time each month. The staff is also very professional and friendly. One of my treatments is my bikini area and that could be awkward with a stranger. However all the technicians that I've had made me feel very comfortable. The facilities are immaculately clean. Also bonus: while you wait in the lobby for your technician enjoy a complimentary beverage. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get hair removal. It's also very affordable when you consider how much you spend on shaving and time wasted that could be put to better use. I might even consider getting more areas done when I finish my current treatments. :)

I've been going to Albany Laser Spa for some time now and have seen great progress in my treatments! I love that I never have to shave! The treatments are quick and feel just like canned air being dispensed on the treated area. I see Trish for my treatments and she is awesome!!!! & deserves a big fat raise! She is wonderful at making sure the patient is comfortable, the treatments are painless, quick & we always manage to get a laugh or two in as well! I couldn't recommend Albany Laser Spa more to anyone interested in NEVER SHAVING AGAIN!! :)

I have been going to Albany/Premier Laser Spa for a year now and my results have been just as advertised. I could not be happier!. With each treatment the hair was always noticably less and now I rarely use a razor. There are still some minor spots of hair growth but this is common and a few more treatments will be needed. thanks to their guarantee this is not a problem. I have had a different technician with every treatment but all of them were friendly and made me comfortable. I am so glad I did it!

I have been to Albany Laser Spa twice so far to see Mary Hallenbeck for my under arm treatments. Within these two visits I have already seen a huge difference in the hair growth and i still have treatments left! I've only shaved once in 3 months and it takes about 6-8 treatments to complete the process. Mary is a wonderful representative of the company. She was very welcoming and professional. I would recommend her for any treatment. I am looking forward to my next visit with her!

My hair is no longer growing in that area and I am now waiting longer between treatments. I am excited to be able to do other areas. Just keep an eye open for when they are offering the best deals, which is usually in the Summertime. The location is very convenient, the rooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly.
