I initially had a very positive experience with Dr. Gannon’s work. However, the results have required multiple return visits due to areas that were missed during the first procedure. Even after corrective work, the outcome is still not where it should be especially considering that I underwent general anesthesia for the original surgery. Because of this, I have adjusted my rating from five stars to one. No patient should have to repeatedly undergo surgical revisions just to achieve a satisfactory result. While Dr. Gannon is personable and does listen to concerns, I should not be responsible for paying for follow-up surgeries when the initial procedure was not completed properly

Biggest mistake of my life was having surgery here. It’s been over 5 years and I am still suffering every single day of my life due to their poor performance. I believed all the reviews, recommendations and photos. I was left botched and in need of not only functional reconstructive surgery but cosmetic repair as well. Not an easy quick surgery but major reconstructive surgery with a minimum of 7 hours in an operating room. I had rhinoplasty. It’s not like I can hide the hideous artwork left by these people. I was never compensated for the damages I was left with. I have struggled to find another surgeon who would be willing to attempt the reconstruction of my nose. I’ll have to update one day with pictures when I feel emotionally ready

After waiting months for my initial consultation, meeting Dr Gannon and discussing my needs with her, I was feeling confident in choosing her as my doctor. Knowing it may take months to determine if insurance would cover the case, I waited for the office to call with an update. After about 2 months, I called and left a message asking for an update. No reply. 2 weeks later I called again, receptionist transferred me to a specific person with whom I left another message that went unanswered. I then submitted a request through the website in hopes to find out any information. A few days later a staff member called me wanting to schedule surgery which was a surprise to me because no one had given me any info at this point. And they also only had a date open within the month or waiting several months. When I asked about insurance coverage, I was told that when they called my insurance company informed them no prior auth was needed and that they put a preapproval on file for only 3 months. Knowing this didn't sound right, I decided not to schedule and call my insurance to confirm. When I called, I was told that not only was the procedure not covered unless medically necessary but that there was no record of the doctors office calling at all. Nothing on file at all. This made me lose all confidence in this providers office. Even though I had originally planned to have the surgery whether covered by insurance or not, I will not proceed with this office. How do you get something so incredibly wrong? Had I trusted them, scheduled and had the procedure without checking myself I would have been financially responsible for all charges. Regardless of Dr Gannon's skill and expertise, the office staff changed everything.

EDIT- I have since gotten a follow up and everything has been scheduled. Hoping all will go smoothly as this is a big procedure. Once complete I will update. I had a consultation appointment a couple months ago and was told multiple times that they would send my information to my insurance and every time I have called, they keep giving me the same excuses. I am extremely frustrated because I was very excited about this location and the doctor, but have yet to get any return phone calls or answers on my surgery that I really want to get done.

I’m writing this in hopes it may help someone make a decision about choosing the right doctor for your needs. I had surgery in June of this year on upper and lower lids. Dr Hargrave was the doctor I chose to do the surgery, I made this decision because upon meeting him his bed side manner was fantastic and he seemed extremely knowledgeable. Well…here I am in November after 11 appointments to ask for help in finding out what was going on with my eyes. Pictures shown are within the last week. He had no answers and continued to just have me continue going back to him only to be told “ he had no ideas left for me”. Now here I am after paying a lot of money for this procedure with what I consider a nothing short of a disaster. I now need another surgery to fix the problem. As a woman or even a man it takes a lot to make the decision to have plastic surgery, but when we do we expect it to be something both the patient and doctor are proud of. Totally do not recommend Dr Hargrave at all. Da

The experience I had with Dr Gannon is beyond words. I had been trying for YEARS to get a reduction. She really took the time to listen to me. I felt so comfortable with her skills. It's been over 2 months since I had surgery and I could cry I am so happy with my results and the care I received from Dr. Gannon and everyone at the Plastic Surgery Group. I would just like to echo what Blake said. I too had Dr. Fournier do an otoplasty a little over a year ago now and he did an incredible job! I could not be happier! His bedside manner was great and was very receptive to me having local instead of general anesthesia (which I asked if it was possible to do). My 1.5 year old son had a large cut on his forehead that was 5 days old, and still bleeding after already seeing both an urgent care and an ER. We went to see Briana Benson, PA at the Plastic Surgery Group and she cleaned up the wound, used local anesthetic, and the placed 4 sutures all in the office with my husband and I were holding our squirming son. She has an amazing way with kids, and she was able to be so confident, professional, and fast when doing this. It was also a precise suture, and will minimize scaring. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. Hopefully, we will never need a plastics office again for our little one, but if we ever do, we will surely be returning.
