Dr Fox and his staff are truly amazing. Dr Fox in particular is so skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He truly cares about his patients and wants the best for them. The laser treatments he has done for me, including some pro bono ones, are life changing. He has fought with my insurance on my behalf vigorously to get certain treatments covered, and succeeded. No other dermatologist would go to such lengths for his patients. He is one of a kind. I am forever grateful!!! 🙏

If you’re going to go to them for a million expensive procedures, then they may pay you some mind. For everyone else, like me, who have a medical issue, with minimal upkeep (aka fewer office visits, procedures) then they won’t return your calls or give you the attention a patient deserves from medical staff. Will be looking for another dermatologist….so hard to find a serious doctor now-a-days. What happened to ethics and just taking care of your patients….

Due to train timings, I was 30 minutes early to my appointment. My alternative was to be 30 minutes late. Then, I ended up waiting 1hr to be seen. This was frustrating because I had the courtesy to be on time/early to my appointment. But they did not have the courtesy to be on time to see me (or at least call me to tell me they were running behind schedule). Unfortunately it took me 1.5 hrs to get here from Manhattan for my radiotherapy appointment so I was committed. I also received 0 post care instructions, no paper and not even basic verbal instructions. It was a sunny day and I stood in the sun for 15 minutes by accident before realizing I should seek some shade. Hopefully I won't have any hyperpigmentation. Hopefully the radiotherapy worked so that I don't need to come back to this place.

They didn't inform me of the deductible my wife had with her insurance. So she kept going and going and her bill kept adding up. I spoke with Jeanette of the billing department and she said sorry its on you. They did nothing for me and said I need to pay for it fully. Done with this place.

That’s a hard “NO” on them. Went to see one of their practitioners for an issue—good luck trying to get in touch with them. No after care at all.

For a new patient I was kept waiting for 2 hours, I was meant to see the allergist and they first booked me with the dermatologist. They made excuses and never apologized. AWFUL OFFICE AND EXPERIENCE

The wait time in this location is awful. If I’m making an appointment at 430, why am I being seen at 530? If that’s the case just make the appointment time later. This isn’t the first time, it’s every single time I’ve come here. The staff is lovely, but can someone advise the practice to stop double even triple booking patients. Every time I’m there someone walks out angry, before being seen. It’s really a shame, considering the staff/doctors are very nice. Get it together, making people wait over an hour is unacceptable. Stop booking in 10 min intervals and start allocating more time for the doctors to thoroughly do their exams. Also, have the machine started up and ready to go, so it doesn’t add on to the hour wait. My entire appointment start to finish was 2hrs for a 2 minute procedure.

Long wait (about 1-1.5 hrs) to be rushed out without any help. They said they don’t know what my lump is and they don’t have enough time for the full body scan we talked about when I made the appointment. I told them it was on my hand when I made the appointment just to be told they can’t tell anything because it’s under my skin on my hand (no biopsy no xray). I don’t know any more than I did when I walked in. Save your money and see someone who cares.
