This office sent my elderly mother—who speaks minimal English—to a debt collector over a visit that happened more than three years ago. She never received a bill, never got a phone call, and yet they handed her Social Security number to a collections agency. When my 71-year-old mother went back to this poor-excuse-for-an-office to ask why she had never received a letter from them, she was met with hostility and disrespect. The front desk staff (a Greek girl) snapped at her saying, “We sent you thousands of letters.” When my mother explained she had not received anything and asked why no one called, the response was, “We have thousands of patients, we can’t call every single one.” And when my mother reasonably asked, “What can I do now?” she was dismissed with, “You can leave now, BYE.” This is how they treat a senior citizen, an immigrant, who simply wanted an explanation and was willing to pay. The debt itself was a petty amount—it’s not about the money. It’s about the atrocious way this office treats people. No compassion, no patience, no respect. If you value professionalism, basic human decency, or accountability—stay far away from this office.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with the people who work at this place but they can’t refill a prescription and they have no idea what they are doing. I was referred here from my primary care doctor to Dr Nicolaides specifically. When I arrived I was not seen by the referred doctor but rather someone else without asking me or even letting me know. The doctor did prescribe me some medicine that helped clear up a skin issue on my scalp and ears. After the medicine ran out (maybe 1 month later) I noticed the issue returning to both my scalp and my ear. I sent several request through the pharmacy, by email and with multiple phone calls. None of these was ever responded to and every time I called I was told they would tell the “people in the back” (whatever that means). I have still to receive any update for medicine ordered. Also, as I was leaving my initial check up mess told that the co pay is only accepted with cash. I’m not sure what sort of a backwoods type of business they are running but it is very shady and clearly unorganized and a cash money grab. I changed my original dermatologist to this one based on my primary care doctors recommendation. I will now have to ask him for another referral to be able to return to my original dermatologist. I would not do business with these people. Zero stars if that were an option

I have been to Dr. Nicolaides office a few times , today was the first time , with the Doctor himself , and it was a wonderful experience. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease .
