I had a visit with Lia Kostrikov and she seemed nice but was very dismissive when I asked her a question about a spot on my arm. She said I can make another appointment for a full body exam and we can talk about it then. There was absolutely nobody else in the office and I thought it was very rude when I already did plan to have a full body exam to be done. The assistant, not sure if she’s a nurse or not but she was very sweet and helpful. She was very polite and made me feel like we were friends. However the front desk lady Jackie I believe her name was… she was very rude! I asked her a question about my insurance and she was so annoyed with me. I then had to fill out the iPad for a new patient and I had a question about it and she was so rude and sarcastic. She was very snippy and definitely the reason why I will not be going back to the Babylon location

My first visit and it was a great experience. You are welcomed from the front desk who was amazing and very outgoing. I’m use to the reception desk closing the window. The Nurse Practitioner was very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. Thank you Zac

My 10 year old daughter Dr. Tutrone for a discoloration issue on her face. He was friendly, direct and engaged with the actual patient my daughter. He asked her to explain in her own terms, listened and then provided a diagnosis in terms she could understand. He also made sure neither of us had any questions before we left. My issue was with the front desk staff. When we arrived she was cold, unwelcoming and a bit curt. After out appointment Dr. Tutrone advised a 2 week follow up, which is what I told her at checkout. She let me know he had no appointments until 1 month out and asked if I wanted to see anyone else. I asked if any other providers accepted my insurance and she said they all do. (I decided against that because he was the only one in the practice that I had researched that accepted pediatric patients) I said I was unsure if a month was acceptable and asked if she could ask the assistant who was in the room. She very rudely told me it's not what anyone else wants but what I want and that no one can make decisions for me. I understand it's my decision but when it comes to medical concerns/followups patients may be unsure and it could be a medical concern that needs a sooner followup.

Terrible Service - I made an appointment for 3:30 at my usual location in Deer Park. I went there - got there at 3:20 and they were closed. I found out they had booked me at this location instead of my normal one. I called immediately and told them I’d be running late since I was at the wrong location. I got there 3:45 by time I found the suite it was 3:46 and the receptionist told me I was past the grace period and I had to re schedule. I told her I was only a minute past and to ask the doctor if she could see me since I took off work for this. I sat there for 20 minutes for her to tell me I could only reschedule. Wasted my time and now I have to take off time from work again. Very bad customer service.

The incompetence of the front desk here is extremely infuriating. I specifically asked if my insurance was taken here before making an appointment and was ASSURED it was. The day of my appointment after driving an hour from Queens and taking off of work to get to this appointment early with all my documents I was told my insurance is not taken/out of network. It’s insane that even when you try to take all the proper measures to ensure everything goes smooth you can still be given false information from people who work at the office. P.S- Only in America is it easier to die of skin cancer than it is to get a dermatologist appointment.

I was seen and examined by Jennifer Booth NP and she was thorough and kind. I feel so much better visiting her for something I have felt so anxious about. It is wonderful to know I have someone I can trust to follow up with and monitor my area of concern. The front desk staff and MA were wonderful as well. First time visiting this establishment with my son. The entire process of getting an appointment and the day of appointment was easy. Administrative staff was helpful in letting me know what was needed before appointment. On the day of the appointment, the young lady at the front desk was professional, kind and polite. Doctor Gurrieri service was excellent, she was respectful and she listened and answered our questions.
