Today my friend and I went to Beauty Strike and had the BEST experience. Emani was absolutely amazing — so cool, welcoming, and genuinely sweet. She made us feel comfortable from start to finish. I got butt cupping and upper body lymphatic drainage, and I walked out with a plump, lifted butt and my body looking smooth, contoured, and sculpted. My friend did the full body lymphatic drainage including face, and the results were insane — her face puffiness went down immediately and she looked so snatched and refreshed. The results were visible right away, the vibe was great, and Emani’s energy alone makes you want to come back. I’m definitely going back. Highly recommend — love Emani and love this place 💕✨ (PRICE IS AMAZING AND SO ARE THE SKIN CARE PRODUCTS PLEASE GO HERE!!!!!)

This is a wonderful establishment, the decor was pleasant and the location are easy to get to...Plus I love "the ownership"! My appointment time got messed up because my guest couldn't make it...the process to move things around was a bit complicated so I just took the L for my Guest's costs and took on the appointments. The intake seemed a bit rough and could have used a little more kindness. The music was also a little loud for "my liking". I'm used to a lower decibel to help relax more. None the less I'm going to go back and give it another shot because I want to support local small business and the membership package might make it ideal.

I had a 6:00 PM full body massage appointment and arrived 10 minutes early, only to find the doors locked and the place completely empty. Their Google showed they were still open. I called, and the person who answered said they would call me back, but after standing there for 20 minutes, no one ever did. I never received a call back at all. This is absolutely unacceptable. If they can’t even manage to keep their appointments or communicate properly, I don’t trust them to provide any quality service.

Due to my busy schedule, I hadn’t had the chance to submit this review sooner, but I feel it’s important to share my recent experience. Unfortunately, my first visit to Beauty Strike was deeply disappointing, particularly in terms of professionalism and customer service. The issues began when I first called to book my appointment on September 3rd. Rather than being met with patience, my questions about scheduling were treated as an inconvenience. The tone was dismissive and unwelcoming, which immediately left me uncertain, but I proceeded with booking. On the day of my appointment, Saturday, September 6th, I had a 12 p.m. booking but encountered heavy traffic. Out of courtesy, I called at 11:20 a.m. to inform the spa that I would be late due to traffic via my Uber route. The person who answered simply said “okay” and did not ask for further details, nor mention that a late fee might apply. At that time, I checked the booking system and noticed that there were no other appointments listed after mine, so I saw there wouldn't be a disruption in their schedule. When I arrived, I was met by the same individual I had spoken to on the phone, who also appeared to be the owner. She has a toddler on her hip. Unfortunately, the tone and demeanor were not welcoming. As a first-time client, I would have expected at least a warm greeting and some orientation to the space, but instead, I felt as though my presence was more of a burden. I was told I’d have to wait, which I understood, given my lateness, but there was no effort to make me feel comfortable in the meantime. During my massage, the environment was far from relaxing. The sound of a crying toddler and conversations in the lobby carried into the treatment room, disrupting what should have been a calming experience. This was very disappointing given that the primary purpose of a spa visit is rest and tranquility. To make matters worse, at checkout, I was informed of a $25 late fee by the massage therapist. I was never advised of this policy when I called ahead, and upon reviewing the spa’s stated policies, I noticed that it only references a no-show fee, not a late fee. As a paying customer, this felt misleading and unfair. I asked my massage therapist how I should tip, and I'm told there's a jar or Venmo; something I haven't experienced in a spa. Usually i give the cash to the service provider or send it electronically to them directly. The overall tone throughout my visit, from booking to check-in to checkout, conveyed more irritation than hospitality. As someone who values and is accustomed to high-level customer service, I left feeling unappreciated and hesitant to return, even though I had purchased a package. What makes this even more unfortunate is learning afterward that the individual I interacted with is the founder/owner. One would expect the highest level of professionalism and care from leadership, but instead, I felt unwelcome and undervalued. While I understand the challenges of balancing personal responsibilities with running a business, as a client, I also deserve grace and respect, particularly as a first-time visitor. Ultimately, I left with the impression that my business was not valued, and the experience fell far short of what a spa should provide. I hope that sharing this feedback encourages improvements in customer service and professionalism for future clients. I hope that my next expierence if i return to continue my package is more pleasent.

Pretty good skincare products but their customer service and business operations leave little to be desired. Ive been a loyal customer for 6+ years and its a toss up on how my experience is going to go every single time. im subbed to their email list and they share pretty good deals. i decided to take advantage of their labor day sale 0/10 recommend purchasing from them on a sale day. Ive yet to receive all my items and my order was placed Aug 30. There are multiple chains of emails Ive sent to their customer service team bc they pick and choose when they want to reply. Most recently its been nearly two weeks since I’ve last inquired on missing items and still no reply. One of the items i frequently purchase is the spf moisturizer and apparently it went out of stock either before or after i ordered it in August. Instead of them sending communications to individuals whose orders were affected, i noticed months later that they eventually updated the product listing that it wouldnt be available until November due to fda regulations? Which is fine if it helps with the product but indeterminate shipping dates for an item I’ve already paid for is crazy. Idc how small or large the business is especially since its nearly 3 months later and part of the purchase for me ordering when i did was for the final days of summer/an upcoming vacay at that time. Then after my last email in October, they created a label for the moisturizer (in lieu of responding to the email) yet it still hasn’t shipped. Majority of my items came separately and one order contained 3 glass bottles and one of them broke. I wasn’t worried because i purchased the route protection plan for this type of occurrence. I emailed them to let them know and its been over a month, they stopped replying and still no item when the initial projection for a solution was 5-10 business days. I hate that i enjoy their products but the likelihood of me ever recommending them is so low bc customer service is such a huge part of business and they disappoint me every time. There are other businesses who’s products are just as good without the headache.
