I wish I can give 0 stars. It’s not about the doctor but people that work in this office. So rude and unprofessional! Manager should learn how to be polite and overall learn how to talk to people. My mother in law was charged for no show fee even though she didn’t know she had an appointment. 0 communications with patients. Taking away money from our insurances yet we’re being treated like this? If not the us (patients) you guys would not even have the job, but guess what we’re never coming back! If doctor wants to keep his business open he should definitely get knowledgeable workers that will love and appreciate their job.

The worst experience I have ever received. I saw Dr Romanov twice for a mole removal procedure. The doctor inappropriately was discussing breast procedures of the other patients with me, like I was someone he knows. I felt very uncomfortable. After some time I have huge scars from both procedures but that is not the worst part of my experience. They did biopsy on both of my moles and I am still waiting for results since October of 2020, I contacted the office several times with no luck, requested the records and I am still waiting for the results, this is not acceptable. The portal they use was supposed to send me the records 2 months ago. I have been more then half a year since I saw the doctor and I was more then patient considering the situation. Now I will be filling an official complaint through the health department. There are a lot of doctors in NY, so please save yourselves some nerves and go somewhere else.

Igor Romanov was speaking to me like I was his best friend. The first words I've heard from him were: "don't wrinkle your forehead or you'll need a botox injection soon" (I didn't come to him to get beauty tips). He didn't listen to me at all, he said he had been practicing for 27 years and doesn't need my explanations. I've tried asking some questions about the pills he was prescribing (side effects, dosage, etc.), but he just laughed and said: "don't worry, why you so nervous?" Also he ordered a lot of medications without any explanations on how to use and why do I need them in a first place (some of them are very strong and have a ton of side effects, not to mention a $1900 price tag).

Absolutely unprofessional and nasty stuff on reception. They charge person with mental disability from her SSI income $50 fees , because patient forgot about her next appointment . Without that payment, the patient cannot see the doctor

Horrible don’t know what kickbacks they have with livingword pharmacy but he sent my private information and insurance information to a pharmacy I did not authorize and when I call the office they denied everything horrible ethics he told my daughter who’s underage you don’t need your mother here come yourself disgusting. I’m in talks with my insurance company about all this something is very fishy and wrong here
