This was my first time getting extensions and I am very satisfied with my choice! Olga was so sweet and thorough with her work. She helped me decide on the amount of hair that would look the best and still fit my budget, and took the time to explain the IBE method and why it was safest for my hair. My hair is naturally wavy, but with a bit of styling I am able to blend it with the straight extensions. I highly recommend Kaizer for beautiful, luxurious, and lightweight extensions!!

Absolutely love my hair. I got my hair done about a month ago with Olga and another trainee. The space is very clean and beautifully decorated. Olga is very thorough and explained everything as it was my first time getting the Keratin nano extensions. The install takes about 4-5 hours but it is so worth it. She custom cut them and added layers to match my hair. Honestly the best hair extensions I’ve ever worn. Super natural and undetectable, easy to wash, maintain and the hair does not shed or tangle. They do a fantastic job at making you feel welcomed and offer you coffee and sweets. Will definetly be back thank you Olga ✨

Please avoid this place. I spent 2.3 hours on a train, 5 hours in a chair, and $1,300 to lose 40% of my extensions within 11 days. I didn’t want to leave this review because I really liked the girl that installed my extensions but the manger and/or owner didn’t call me to resolve this issue despite asking to kindly speak with someone. The hot keratin technique or glue did not stay in my hair. 40% of the extensions they installed have fallen out and the other 60% have slipped 1-1.5 inches down. When I text the receptionist the pictures they immediately blamed it on the hair I brought in but when my stylist saw the hair in person she said my hair was thick and would adhere well to the extensions I brought in. Once the extensions were installed I did exactly what the stylist recommended. I didn’t use a straightener, hot saunas, no salt water, and dried my hair after every shower. Despite following all the after care instructions, the extensions began to fall out after the third day. I’m on week two now and I’m having to pay more $$$$ to have a new salon reinstall them. I’ve had extensions installed in multiple salons around the world and this is the first salon that blamed me for their extensions falling out. They haven’t reached out to fix their work. This speaks volumes on how little regard the owner has for the customers satisfaction. Save your money, find another salon, and make sure you speak with the salon about their installation techniques and customer satisfaction policy.

I’ve been getting my hair done by Master Olga for over 2 years now and honestly couldn’t be any happier 😍 this place is the best for Hair Extensions Service, the micro capsules are invisible and very durable, no damage to natural hair and no one can even tell that those are not my real hair 😛 Kaizer has a huuuuuge selection of hair, and they do a very good job blending it in with your natural structure and color. DEFINITELY WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY. highly recommended!

My best friend is the BEST hairstylist I know. She specializes in invisible luxury k-tip extensions located in Pittsburgh. She loves to get pampered because she works hard and deserves it. Unfortunately she flew ALL the way to New York and gave this salon a chance to do her hair due to their false instagram representation of k-tip installations. They provided her with SYNTHETIC hair that did not match her curl pattern. It got nappy the SAME day as the install. They refused to take the extensions out for free and tried to charge her an extra $200 even after seeing how horrible it was the next day. She has been nothing but generous and patient with this horrible salon. DO NOT go to them!!! PLEASE!!!
