I went in to buy a facial but ending up buying a package and membership. Was scheduled to go back every month for a peel, which they scheduled me for every third Saturday. Well went to my first scheduled appointment and no one is there. Door locked. No text or a phone call. I feel now that they got my $1000 they are not concerned for their clients time . I did see on the door hours vary on Saturday. But they scheduled me and failed to tell me they may not be open. I wasted my Saturday .Time is important to everyone especially when I work all week. Thought this was pretty rotten .

Got my first facial at Chapter Aesthetic Studio, Krista did my facial. She was cool. She kept it chill, walked me through what she was doing, and actually made the whole thing relaxing. Place is clean, professional, and fancy, just comfortable. Eliza at the front was cool too — friendly and made check-in easy. Very good first experience, I’m definitely going back.

Where do I start? This was my first time ever doing any kind of facial and when I tell you, as soon as you walk in you feel so welcomed ensuring that you made a right decision. Eliza at the front was so personable and made sure to tell me about all the great things Chapter has to offer. Then the provider Krista was just outright amazing. She was so informative but also made me feel like I was with one of my friends. She talked me through the procedure and answered any questions I had. Everyone in the building was amazing and I loved every second of it. I can’t wait to come back for my next treatment!!

The most welcoming environment to walk into! If you are afraid to feel awkward or nervous going to your first appointment at Chapter, DON’T! They are such a welcoming and friendly crew with a beautiful sitting area and coffee/tea bar. I was served coffee while I waited to be called to the patient room. But I did not wait for even 5 minutes! My Nurse Practitioner, Maura was excellent and so very receptive to what I wanted to get done. She recommended the best filler for my lips, she included me throughout the process making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. My lips are stunning! I was shocked by the natural, but incredible difference she had made in 15 minutes! I’m smiling at everyone now without any doubt my lips are looking symmetrical and plump to perfection! Not to mention I was a first time client so at checkout I paid HALF price for my filler. It feels criminal in a good way haha -go give them a visit even if you are just considering giving yourself some self care and love 💗

I have had nothing but great experiences coming here. Starting with the front desk, Eliza and Joey are very kind and attentive. I’ve been working with Amanda for the last couple treatments I have been getting and she has been wonderful. I have been getting B-12 shots, Xeomin injections, and about to receive my second PRFM injection out of 3. I know I’m not so young anymore but they sure make me feel that way again. 😊

The staff very friendly and welcoming from our first steps in the door. I had an appointment with Eliza for Xeomin. She immediately put me at ease, explained everything thoroughly and let me know the cost up front, before touching my face. She was quick but still precise and careful. I tend to bruise easily and so far just one slight bruise, so that’s excellent. Checking out with Joey was easy, setting up appointments to follow up and for the next treatment. Love the text reminders!
