I have been coming to this facility for about a year, and seriously have no complaints. The staff is extremely helpful and eager to help with anything needed or want clarified. I got my consultation with the Doc & Sandy, both were honest and very helpful in helping,me understand my skin situation. The price was little high for me, but Sandy worked with me to get credit care plan so I pan out the payments, which helped a lot. The quality of the products and services have and are working wonderful for me. I recently did my first Chemical Peel and Judy is my ultimate fav. She has been staying connected with me via text in case of any issues or questions I might have with the service. The products they use are being sold at really good prices here and I have tried researching online and haven't found these deals else where. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I strongly recommend being honest with the docs and they will work with you for to get the best out of these services.

I’m going to be so honest with my review. If I had to write this 1 year ago it would be a one star. I started my laser hair removal journey a little over a year ago and it wasn’t pleasant. However, after three awful technicians, I got to meet Judy for one of my last appointments. She has completely turned my opinion around! She was so professional, so thorough and so extremely kind! I have never worked with someone in the aesthetic industry like her! This review is for Judy and how grateful I am for all of her time, consistency, patience and professional work. She’s my 5 star review and I am so pleased with my results!!

I have struggled with the way that I look my entire life. One side of my face has always been droopier than the other and my smile lines were making me appear older. As a woman of color, facial surgery and the likes are considered taboo but I didn't care. Not only was staff extra kind, she worked to give me the best price for what I purchased. I got dermal filler on the left side. The doctor was very gentle and talked me through the entire experience. I barely felt any pain. He tells me he can't perform miracles or turn back the hands of time. I think he needs to give himself more credit. After 48 hours, I looked 5 years younger. I went and got the right side done immediately. I now look 10 years younger, my face is 100% much more symmetrical and my life has changed. I'm 33 and people have been guess my age between 23-24. Before the fillers I always got my age or sometimes a little older. Do your research but if you want fillers, this is where I recommend going. I love this place. Highly, highly recommend!!!!!

It’s been about a year since I’ve done some treatments for myself; they had some turnover with employees; but all the staff seem very happy to work here; as well as so friendly to work with; my visits are 1.5 hours twice a week; and I must say I feel like I’m here 10 minutes! It flies by; staff are so knowledgeable and don’t mind explaining and answering all your questions, truly a peaceful spa experience (even if there is a little pain) no pain no gain lol! And sandy the manager will b patient with all your budget needs, she was nice to accommodate.

I have been going to Dr. Salzman for about a year for Xeomin injections and both him and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I visited this office due to severe scarring on my face from a autoimmune disease that I had been dealing with. The doctor went over microneedling with radio frequency would be my only option for results. I was so nervous my first appointment and wanted to run then Judy came out. She sat down with me and went over the procedure and realistic outcomes. I dont know how I could have gotten through it without Judy. Shes so wonderful shes the only person I feel comfortable with and is amazing at her job. It's very hard to find someone with such a great bedside manner and very educated about the products and services.

I’m not usually the type to leave negative reviews but I used these reviews to find and trust this place. Hoping this is helpful for someone else. Unfortunately, my experience with this medspa was not great. I called to see if there was any availability for an appointment (Botox to treat crows feet). The receptionist was very friendly and eager to get me in the same day. She did mention that they were having a sale on Botox and suggested that I get more areas treated to “take advantage of their low prices”. I told her no thank you that I was looking to treat my crows feet only. For the record, I ended up paying significantly more (for less units) than what I pay at my usual place (which had to cancel me last minute because the girl that usually does my injections was out sick — reason I was going somewhere else in the first place). When I arrived, their place of business is a suite within an old law building (very different than what I’m used to at Victoria Aesthetics). The receptionists were friendly but the atmosphere was very dingy and uncomfortable. The man that actually did my treatment was very unpleasant and seemed annoyed with my questions. He gave me two stress balls and told me to squeeze. At this point I was super nervous, felt very uncomfortable, and was completely regretting my decision to be impatient and go to someone I don’t know. After the injections were completed, the injector told me that “I have blueberries”, grabbed an ice pack, and pressed very hard on my face. He pushed the ice pack down on my temples to the point that I was in tears from the pain. I understand that bruising can be a side effect of Botox injections. When I tell you that I had bruising, I mean two GIANT bruises (one on each side). I have been getting injections to treat my crows feet every three months for the past three years and have NEVER had bruising like this. I do understand that immediate pressure and ice is indicated to reduce bruising and swelling and I do not fault this guy for trying to help after the fact, however, this entire experience was nothing like I have ever experienced at a medspa.

I have been going to Advanced Laser Medspa for a number of years. I have had Botox treatments, dermal fillers, rosacea treatments and laser hair removal. The staff is friendly and the treatments comfortable. The manager works hard to give me the best pricing and is patient with all my questions. The Doctor is thorough and knowledgable. (Where else does a doctor give you a half hour free consultation while educating you)...he goes makes me comfortable and I find his injections to be far more comfortable than other places. I came here when I found out I was paying $1000 for a dermal filler that they gave me here for $550 (it was on sale). My experience was so much better too. My Botox lasts a really long time too!
