I underwent a CoolPeel laser treatment for dark spots on my face, costing $2,623.12. At the time of consultation, I was assured that the treatment would completely remove my dark spots and leave my skin clear and even. Based on that commitment, I decided to go ahead with the procedure and even took out a credit line loan to cover the cost. After completing three CoolPeel sessions and three chemical peels, I did not notice any visible improvement. My dark spots remain exactly the same as before the treatment. When I raised this concern during my final session, I was told that I would need to pay for additional treatments to see results — which was never mentioned at the beginning. I feel extremely disappointed and misled. The clinic made promises that were not fulfilled, and I believe I have wasted my hard-earned money on treatments that did not deliver any of the guaranteed results. I would sincerely advise others to avoid falling for such false claims and to think carefully before spending a large amount on these treatments.

My injector bruised me pretty good. Maura is much more knowledgeable and can do it quicker.she had a hard time putting in the needles through my “thick skin” which cause a lot of bruising.

Lauren , who manages the studio will expertly run through all the options of which there are many!! It’s not a hard sell. They just want the best for with what you can afford and what your needs are. It’s a beautiful place and super comfortable and very welcoming. Maura , the NP, does a great job explaining options that are best suited for you. She’s honest and very skilled!! I highly recommend checking out Chapter in Fayetteville. They have a savings program where you can bank money over time to save for your next treatment. Money back if you don’t use it. Great opportunity to save and get member discounts and a free vitamin B12 shot every month!
